I stayed in a King Bed Mini-suite and it was perfect size for my family (two adults and a two year old). The coffee shop that the Cabins have a partnership with is SO good. And it was more affordable than most of the options closer to Bryce Canyon. We were on our way to Zion after our Bryce Canyon visit, so this location was about 30 minutes away from Bryce and a little over an hour away from Zion. Nice to stay somewhere in between.

There wasn't a lot of food options nearby, but two places that served burgers, ribs, wings, pizza, etc. The bar doesn't allow kids, so really there was only one option for my family. The smores around the campfire were a nice touch, but the one I got tasted a bit stale. Our mini suite didn't look like a cabin on the outside, but the inside seemed better than the other cabins (aka more spacious) so I'd rather have a nicer inside than a trendy outside. ;)

You get an independent cabin which means that it is quiet -- you don't hear your neighbors which was great! Clean room, comfortable beds. The staff were great, they prepare a cute fire pit with marshmallow and cookies. Easy check in/out as they leave the key in the cabin and you drop off the key in a box when leaving. Good blackout curtains.

The sink was not draining very well and the towel shelf was a bit dusty. They leave a hard placard to use as a coffee coupon that you are supposed to show at the coffee shop, so if you are staying for one night, how do you benefit from it after checking out? We didn't benefit from it... Those are very minor issues though and we still enjoyed our stay.

Very nice room, comfy bed, very clean, Bathroom was large and very nice. At the end of each day a campfire is built for all to enjoy and S’more packets are there for anyone who’d like to make one.

There was only one remote got the tv and the one in the room couldn’t turn volume up or down and it would not turn tv off. Finally located a button on bottom of tv that would control these issues. I did call office to let them know but didn’t get a call back. This was not a problem but just wanted them to know. We looked all over for a 2nd remote, none found.

We loved the location, shower-head, large fridge, microwave, tv, parking, bonfire and smores. Everything was fantastic and we plan on staying again. We were able to have enough room to make a number of meals which was helpful as the nearest grocery store was about 20 miles away. The scenery is beautiful and Bryce Canyon and Zion’s are two of my favorite parks to visit. Panguitch is a short drive away and the balloon festival is also one of our favorite weekends to be here. During family reunions all of our family choose to stay here before anywhere else. I recommend this property to anyone that wants an excellent place to stay.

We would love a Venmo account in order to leave a tip for house keeping because I don’t carry cash.

We had a fantastic 2 night stay at Mountain Ridge Cabins. Self check-in was a breeze and what's impressive is that all the details for check-in are sent via text and email so there's no confusion. Checkout is just as simple. Our cabin was adorable. It was also very clean and comfortable. The perfect size for my husband and me. Keurig coffee maker available at the front desk if you want one. The manager was lovely to talk to and she gave us insight into a few of our restaurants choices and the nearby Laundromat (of which we took full advantage). Bryce Canyon is so close and there are several restaurant options nearby. There's also a convenience store, a gas station and a cute coffee shop. Every night they do smores at the firepit. We wandered over on our second night and had great conversations with people from Wisconsin, Germany and Montreal. Even though we were exhausted from our Bryce hike, it was nice to connect with fellow travelers. We plan to return to Bryce someday and when we do we will only stay at Mountain Ridge Cabins.

Great value. Very convenient parking. Good location for exploring Zion and Bryce. Modern decor. Very cute little cabin, looks just like it did in pictures. Nightly campfire and smores. Easy check-in and check-out process. Clean facilities. Great water pressure and rainfall showerhead. Nice TV with access to Tubo. Black-out curtains. Great views from the property. Conveniently located next to a gas station.

One of the rooms smelled like food. Toilet rattled when you sat down/got up, an ant crawled out from behind the faucet. Hot water ran out during shower. No coffee in the room (we were given a voucher for coffee at a coffeeshop very close by but when I called the coffeeshop their answering machine stated they were closed until next month).

Great location between Bryce and Zion. We did Bryce Canyon first then checked in for one night. It’s right off the main road but at night you would never know it. The cabins are super cute but we stayed in the motel part which was very clean and comfortable. We loved the stay! They have a cool little restaurant down the street called Outlaw Saloon, great food and drinks there. They are 21+ so not family friendly. There is a coffee shop across the street that is fantastic! We would definitely stay again!

Nothing! It was a perfect place for us

The location was spot on and easy to get to (30 min from Bryce Canyon). I stayed in one of the motel rooms and the room was very clean and comfy. Shari was so welcoming and after finding out that I was leaving very early in the morning and wasn't able to take advantage of the complimentary coffee offered at the local coffee shop, she was so sweet and brought a single serve coffee maker for my use. At 7:30pm she lit a campfire and individually packaged S'Mores were available. The entire stay was so pleasant and comforting. I'd stay there anytime again in the future.

Clean, comfi beds, good TV, good communication for late arrivals (which is possible). Each room is a small house, we really liked it a lot. We missed the evening fireplace event as we arrived late…

Bring some food and drinks with you if you arrive late as post 10pm nothing is open in the village - but its nothing to do with with hotel/company.
