I chose the lodge due to its location, which can't be beat. I wanted a quiet spot, and I ended up in building 4 in the back, facing the pines. Apart from some ATVs zooming up and down during the day, it was peaceful, especially at night. Ebenezer's is just a short walk away and the breakfast there was good (eggs, sausages, yogurt and cereal, the usual), with country music as background noise. A short hop across the street you have a general store with everything you might need, as well as the buffet and diner. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, and a stone's throw from the office you can find the shuttle bus stop for Bryce Canyon.

The property is very dated. The floors creak, the carpet is threadbare, and the room was very cramped. The laundry and pool are at the hotel across the street, which wasn't ideal when arriving on a stormy day. Horse tours depart from a corral next to the hotel, and you will smell them on your way to breakfast or the general store. That said, I expected most of that and I booked anyway; the positives outweighed the negatives.

Great location and friendly staff. 1 mile to park entrance and park shuttle on site as well. Breakfast included sausage,eggs,juice, coffee,yogurt, cereals, pastry , toast and bagels. Laundromat and restaurants short walk away. Doing some outside remodeling but no impact on us. Nice little complex of shops, restaurants and grocery store. Room had nice fridge and microwave too. Would definitely stay again. Didn’t use indoor pool or fitness but it looked nice.

Would like a few more restaurant choices nearby. No change machine in laundromat .

Excellent experience at the Bryce View Lodge. It was a 5/5 experience for us and we would recommend everyone to stay here if they are looking for affordable options. I paid about $107 for 1 night inclusive of all taxes. Coming to the details - the lodge is located at the Bryce city which is about 2 mins drive from the Bryce Canyon National Park. That’s the best part of it. The rooms were clean with all basic amenities. Parking right in front of our room. The breakfast was awesome. This property is a sister property of the Best Western Ruby’s Inn. So for breakfast we had to use the Ruby’s Inn restaurant - but the breakfast was damn good with multiple options and spread of menu. Really another good experience. The location is great with multiple restaurants, gift shops, grocery store, Bryce Canyon shuttle stops, gas station and recreational activities all within walking distance. It seems like the entire city is somewhat owned by the Ruby’s inn.

Although we were originally booked at Bryce View Lodge, we were transferred to Best Western Plus Ruby's Inn due to the closure of the former. Our stay at Best Western was fantastic, with friendly staff, comfortable rooms and excellent facilities. The included breakfast was a highlight, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day. The location is perfect for visiting Bryce Canyon and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for a cozy, convenient stay near the park.

Very close to Bryce Canyon, the room was clean and had good lighting, and the room was very spacious. The morning breakfast was good with eggs, sausage, different breads, yogurt, juices. I enjoyed using the hot tub and pool.

There's only one ice machine and it would only dispense out a handful of ice cubes. I had to go buy ice. The do not disturb placards also weren't provided in the rooms and I had to ask for one so my stay wasn't disturbed. There wasn't much hot water for showers, being only warm which isn't ideal after a long day of hiking and wanting to relax your muscles.

The location was good; close to the park entrance. It was nice to have a hot breakfast in the mornings.

The only complaint we have is with the woman that checked us in who was not very friendly or helpful. My husband asked her a question and at first she just ignored him, so we thought she didn't hear him but when he asked again, she snapped back at him that she had to finish checking us in first. If you have a job dealing with the public, you would think that you can at least pretend to be happy at work.

Great location outside of the Bryce Canyon National Park entrance. The rooms were comfortable though a little dated. Check in was quick and the staff was friendly. There's an ice machine on site.

The complimentary buffet breakfast at the Ebenezar restaurant next door was ok. Watery scrambled eggs and salty sausages with cereal, muffins, toasts, coffee, yogurt, apples, and oranges. But hey, it's free! Parking was available infront of each room. We did come back late to our room one night and there were no parking spaces available so we had to park by the office area.

Location was great, very near Bryce Canyon. Room was size was good enough. The pool and jacuzzi were great. Keep in mind they are located across the street along with the laundry facility that is in yet another building (takes quarters but is reasonably priced). The complementary breakfast is also in another building, it was ok. Happy to get a ground floor room.

The area around the sink/closet creaked loudly with any movement. No elevator could be an issue Ameneties a bit spaced out but having a car we just drove everywhere.

Plenty of food selections for Breakfast. Easy parking in front of the room. Could leave the key in the room when checking out. Close to Bryce Canyon and the main Ruby's Inn.

There was some damp smell in the room when first checking in. We had to open the door to get rid of this smell. The room is average of the motel in remote area.

The room was very cozy and had all of the amenities described. Their breakfast had more options than I expected, so we were very happy with it! The pool was quite crowded when we went, so we didn't end up using it, but that was to be expected as it seems to be shared between two Inns. It was also a quiet location, so we didn't have any issues staying asleep. I would recommend this stay to anyone traveling to Bryce Canyon!
