Very last minute booking due to change of plan. The motel looks shabby (all needs painting) but the room was clean, the air con worked well and the shower had plenty of hot water. Wi-fi was very good. The restaurant next door is basic but good. Happy to recommend
This is a comment on all 9 hotels we stayed in during our trip (Denver, South Dakota, Yellowstone, Capitol Reef and Las Vegas. The wastage of plastic/cardboard plates and cups and the plastic cutlery now used (after Covid?!) for breakfast is appalling - there appears to be no recycling going on at all. If you want to save the planet, pack your own plates and cutlery and take washing up liquid. be aware this is not on the shuttle route for Bryce Canyon

The clean, large room was very comfortable. It had a nice refrigerator (which we weren’t expecting) and very nice sized bathroom and closet space. The heater worked well and we were thrilled to be able to park our car directly in front of our room. The location was fantastic since it was close to the National parks and grocery/food options.
We were not impressed with the free breakfast. The eggs were very dry and crumbly and the sausage and nugget potatoes were over cooked and dry. Just wasn’t our favorite.

The environment perfectly matches the hotel's style, creating a cohesive and pleasant atmosphere throughout. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was sufficient, offering a decent selection to start the day off right. Overall, it was a charming and enjoyable stay.
It was a basic motel-style place, nothing fancy, but the location is excellent—very close to Bryce. If you're looking for convenience and proximity to the park without needing luxury, this spot does the job well. It's a simple, no-frills option that provides what you need for a comfortable stay near Bryce.

We really liked staying four nights in the historic old rustic style cabin - with two beds and private entrance and parking right next to our cabin. We brought a roll of paper towels to use to wash and dry the dishes that were provided in the room. We used the two burner little stovetop to make coffee and the small refrigerator was definitely appreciated, as was the microwave oven. The towels in the bathroom and the bed sheets were high quality. We stay in old cabins when we travel - this experience was typical for the style of accommodation, and the value was good - inexpensive too. The air conditioner/heater unit worked great. And the shower/tub was great with good hot water and nice and clean.
Of course there are things that could be mentioned that were not perfect. We really did see the cute charm of the place and proprietors - we stayed four nights and the cabin was really nice to use. We will choose the cabin again when we return to Bryce Canyon.

Location was great, rooms were big enough and since we did the motel style ones, nice and easy to pull up outside and unload. Good value but don't bank on the free breakfast.
We showed up for breakfast before the time it was due to finish and there was 2 pieces of bread, dry cereal and cold sausage and egg left since the heaters in the buffet had been turned off. The staff didn't care, they didn't even greet us as we arrived or offer alternative solutions.

The decor was nice, the room felt comfortable, spacious, and inviting. Parking was easy. Breakfast was satisfactory. It was a last minute booking where I literally booked it 5 mins before walking in. Thank goodness they had availability and had received the booking request by the time I got in. It saved me, since my original plan was to camp but the weather turned bad quickly. The front desk staff answered all my questions easily.

we loved our stay at Bryce Canyon Resort! the room was great, clean and the location couldn't be better - just a short drive away from the incredible Bryce Canyon National Park.
The motel includes breakfast, which was a nice bonus but be prepare not to be impressed. The food was less than mediocre. In just 35 min, we saw four families check the small buffet and leave without eating. Also be aware that night in mid-April are very very cold!

Loved the location! It was a quick 10 minutes to Bryce Canyon Natl Park entrance and removed from all the traffic and people in Bryce Canyon City right outside the park. After traveling all day or exploring the canyon, it was a peaceful retreat. Stayed in std 2 queen bed hotel room and it very spacious. Although it was an older hotel, it was very clean and comfortable. Seemed family run and everyone very kind and helpful.

Old motel style, park in front of room. Felt safe, and very close to all the things to do in the area. There was a bar on the grounds and enjoyed having a beer there.
I don't know what the ties are to the restaurant on the grounds, we got free breakfast there, but the food was not very enjoyable. We skipped 2nd day breakfast. The beds were ok, starting to sag some, but otherwise, the rooms were clean.

Perfect location a few minutes outside Bryce Canyon National Park. Cabin was comfortable and representative of the pictures on the listing. Refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave all worked great.
It was a bit dusty especially the backsplash in the bathroom (I cleaned it myself) and the baseboards. The powdery eggs were very unappetizing. Would be better to serve something else.
