Our host, Lianne was very accommodating to our breakfast requests. The location was about 15 minutes from Bryce and 15 minutes from Kodachrome State Park. (Add a day for this Park including the Panorama View trail and also Cottonwood Road to Grovsnor Arch - both were very nice. Note Panorama View Trail is reasonably strenuous but 360 degree view from the top!!) The room was very nice with plenty of horizontal space for our stuff. Views were also good. And it is about 3 minutes from a very good and somewhat expensive restaurant called Stone Hearth Grill and 5 minutes from other decent places. Our room also had a massage chair that was a nice surprise. Not sure all the rooms had this.
For us, the bed was a bit soft. Also the room was occasionally a little noisy (voices from other guests in other rooms) - but quieted down after 10:30pm or so.

Great location at the bottom of Bryce Canyon. Lovely views. Cute little BnB. Sits back off the main road so it’s peaceful and dark sky for star gazing. Close to park and dining. Nice breakfast. Owner is a photographer and so it’s decorated with great photographs. I appreciated the ice machine but it doesn’t make much ice. I wish there were instructions so I could have refilled the water to replenish what I took.
Nothing bad to say. It wasn’t a problem for us but it could be hard carrying luggage up the stairs to the room for some. If your not a morning person, you may not appreciate the nearby rooster crowing at dawn 😂

Very special place, located in the countryside. Clean and comfortable. Very tasty homemade breakfast. The hosts are lovely. They spent time with us the morning we were leaving, telling us about the places to see and how to get to them. We ended up taking an unpaved road to our next destination that was not even on the map, driving through beautiful valleys, over the mountains with breathtaking views. We would have missed this experience otherwise. Thank you so very much! Btw, there is an absolutely exceptional steakhouse just around the corner. Don’t miss it!
Nothing.

Great location - just ten minutes from Bryce Canyon National park. This also means it's not too far from other attractions like Escalante. Hosts were great, informative about local hikes etc. We stayed in the 'under the rim' room which had an awesome view for sunset. Breakfast was AMAZING. We stayed for two nights, both breakfasts were outstanding. Ed makes one of the best egg benedicts I've ever had. The whole space is decorated with Ed (one of the owners) photography artwork. Super talented - we purchased one of his pieces to take back to SLC with us.
Not much to say for what not to like. Only potential downfall is there is no indoor common area during times outside of breakfast hour.

I have food allergies and they made accommodations that were excellent. And didn’t have a problem making me something else to eat. They were very friendly and helped guests out with making plans to see the parks.
I don’t have anything bad to say. They were great.

We loved everything about our stay. We were a family of 7 traveling with 3 kids. It was perfect. The cleanest place we've stayed. High quality, well, everything. A lot of extra thoughtful touches. The breakfast was amazing and what meant the most to us was how they accommodated our various food allergies. It can be so hard to travel when you have food restrictions and we were so happy to not have it as a concern during our stay.
I truly can't think of anything any of us didn't like.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bryce Trails B&B! Located about 20 minutes outside of Bryce Canyon Park, it was a quiet place, away from the touristy feel of the closer hotels. Beautiful views, quiet location, very friendly hosts, and delicious breakfasts, sitting with other guests and sharing National Park stories! We loved our first floor room with its patio where we could watch the sunset over Bryce and see the deer walk by!
We didn't have temperature control in our room, so the first evening it felt a little warm with the heater on, but that was solved by just opening the window a bit.

This bed and breakfast is very cozy. For us we had a large and comfortable room with very beautiful furnishings and nice views of both Bryce and Escalante. The hosts are both very nice people, very conversational and more than willing to help. After breakfast our first morning there, they proactively offered valuable guidance for our trip into Bryce that day. They are always happy to help. Bryce Trails is located in the small and charming town of Tropic, only a 10-15 minute picturesque right to Bryce Canyon. It's located on a hill overlooking Scenic Route 12 which runs through the Tropic town center. It's very quiet with wildlife such as deer a common site especially around sunset. It's a pleasure to watch the 6 or 7 hummingbirds at the two feeders outside the breakfast room window. The breakfast was tremendous both mornings we were there. Coffee and juice are self serve. The breakfast room is bright with large windows. Ample free parking for guests. A nice restaurant for dinner is just a minute or two away. This place is HIGHLY recommended.

Bryce Trails B&B has a beautiful view of the park and our room was perfect for us. It was spotless and the bed was super comfortable… perfect after a long day at Bryce Canyon. We had to get on the road early, so the owners made us a great breakfast to go. We definitely recommend Bryce Trails.
