There was no breakfast available. There was a snack basket with fig bars and coffee and tea. With the limited options for restaurants it would be nice if the hotel had some arrangement for discounts that could be used at the three available places to eat. A locals discount would also be greatly appreciated. The motel itself seems to have been recently renovated and the room was very comfortable. The ceiling fan and nice quiet AC/heat unit controlled the near 100 degree outside temperature very nicely. The flat screen TV had a good selection of channels and was a newer smart TV. The bathroom was clean and the shower had plenty of hot water and pressure at all times.

I understand that the climate is prone to attracting little creatures and my roommates were a colony of tiny ants. I probably should have said something to the manager but he looked pretty busy and I didn’t want to bother him. I recommend you don’t make that mistake and bring something like that to his attention.

The room is so cute. Feels like it was made with love, thank you! I wish more hotels like this. There was everything that you needed in the room. The room was clean and quiet, you will listen to birds in the morning. The host is very responsive and provided clear instructions about all. My late check-in and early check-out went smoothly. There is the shop with souvenirs, coffee and some food right across the road.

The walls are thin, and you can hear neighbors speech. The refrigerator is a little bit noisy. Anyway I will choose this hotel again!

I can hear my neighbord room talking, and they also can hear us. probably require some insulation between the room.

We had a great stay - check-in was quick and easy with excellent recommendations for dinner and the room offered everything we needed and was plenty big for the two of us. The best part - an extremely comfy bed which was much appreciated after the hiking we put in each day!

Bathroom could do with a bit of an upgrade but it did not detract from a wonderful stay and given how popular and busy this place is, it must be nigh on impossible to schedule!

Very cute room with comfortable beds! Also, we stayed here on a last minute change from another motel, and the staff was very accomodating.

The fan in the bathroom didn't work real well when taking a shower, so it became rather humid in there.

First off, the room was absolutely SPOTLESS! As someone with OCD, this was a big selling point. The room was also spacious and really well equipped (there was even a can opener). Good WiFi, if you have to work. Big shower. The tap water in Bryce Canyon City is delicious!

I brought my own pillow, so this didn't bother me, but if you're like me and prefer sturdy pillows, bring your own. The pillows were ludicrously soft.

Very clean and well cared for - it’s a five star space.

It’s a little drive to Bryce but the cost reflects that. So it’s a five star space with a three star location. That said, the town itself is well appointed and nice. So a benefit is that it’s away from the hustle and bustle snd high price of Bryce.

We had a pleasant stay here just a few miles beyond Bryce Canyon Nat’l. Pk. There were a few nearby restaurants & early morning coffee shop within walking distance. Our room was clean & comfortable while we explored the area.

Tho we had no problems, the office was almost always locked & unstaffed - maybe just a phone call away.

So very clean! It had everything we needed for our hiking trip and was close to Bryce Canyon. Loved all the streaming channels for relaxing in the evening and the host had the keys ready for us to pick up for our late check in. Would highly recommend for the price!!!

Nothing we loved the property

The facilty was spotless, it was quiet, the bed and pillows were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The motel had everything we needed. I would stay again if I was in the area.
