The lay out of the room where the window is at the entry door and the bathroom is at the back of the room was great. Staff is super friendly, help and very accommodating. Michael prepared the breakfast for our 4 day stay which is delivered to the room. loved the Chorizo Burrito and Fresh Fruit. Hot Fresh made Macadamian cookies with milk anytime you want delivered to room upon request. Free Laundry including soap and dryers sheets, machine were newer and easy to use. Location was great. right on Central and walking distance to Gibson park through a Historic home district.

While the technolgy was perfect. the outlets at the front of the night stands were flimsy. It was wierd to have the shower to only have a fixed half door so you had to be careful not to get the floor too wet. overall we have a very enjoyable stay

All the extras provided at this hotel were an added bonus to our stay! We could have partaken of soup and an alcoholic beverage when we first arrived. Instead, we took a nice walk to a local diner. On the way, there was a street band for entertainment and interesting stores to explore. Later, we took advantage of their offer to have milk and cookies brought to our room that night. The room was so very quiet, clean, and well appointed. There were ample pillows and thoughtful toiletries provided. I really enjoyed the way they had us choose 3 items each from a list for our breakfast. Everything we picked for breakfast was yummy, and the yogurt parfait was the best I've ever (fresh ingredients)!

The newly renovated space is beautiful and feels high end, everything was well maintained and clean. The room I stayed in was a bit small but was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was also a microwave, fridge, Keurig, and iron so I didn’t need anything more! The complimentary toiletries were nice as well and the towels were fluffy and soft. The staff went above and beyond and I received the best service out of anywhere I’ve ever stayed, they are so friendly and accommodating (shoutout to Juan who checked us in). The complimentary breakfast from the nearby restaurant was delicious and conveniently delivered to my door (free of charge), I was also offered complimentary beer or wine on checkin which was such a nice touch. There is a clean and conveniently located laundry area onsite, and we utilized the multiple lobby spaces. There was no table for dining in the room but there was a cozy lobby on our floor with a fireplace, TV, and nice seating where we enjoyed our meals. I will definitely be staying here whenever I’m in Great Falls!

The hotel was really lovely! The fitness centre was a little bare, I would have expected some free weights Staff were really friendly, especially the night manager, he was a really nice guy! Thought little extras like complimentary chilli in the foyer was a great touch, didn’t try it as I’d eaten, but it smelt delicious! Would definitely come back again

The only thing I’d there isn’t much parking! We did get a space but we were worried we weren’t as the area around the hotel seemed a little dodgy later at night and we had a car full of luggage, we ended up having to take it all into the hotel with us!

The best thing about the property was the staff. They were very helpful and accommodating. I needed a bigger room for me and my son and they upgraded me to king room as soon as one became available. The location is great as you are in walking distance to some good restaurants and shops.

The thing that needs to be understood when booking is that this is a boutique hotel, so the rooms are a little bit smaller than regular hotels. That being said they are decorated very nicely and they feel comfortable. But if traveling with a family it would be tight. I said the location was a pro but it was also slightly a con because they are close to some bars and on the weekend nights it could get a little noisy and you have to deal with sketchy people. This is obvious not the hotels fault but something to be aware of.

The Gibson is a fantastic little boutique hotel. Rooms are big bed was very comfortable. Breakfast options delivered to ur room pretty good selection. Jacob was fantastic at the front desk. The little extra perks are a nice little treat like warm cookies and milk brought to ur room for a little late night sweet treat. Coffee, tea or even hot cocoa available in lobby as well in ur room.

Facility was well maintained in a good location. And of course, the staff was exceptional.

The only problem we encountered was with the coffee maker in our room. It would make one cup fine, and then we’d refill the reservoir put in a new pod and it would fill it about an inch and quit. Then the next cup that one in we had to stop as it would overflow. It needs to be looked at or replaced. That was a very minor inconvenience. I should mention, however.

Staff were friendly and accommodating! Loved the fresh cookies, coffee, and 'welcome beer' in the lobby. Catered breakfast was very tasty. Bed was really comfortable and room was quiet.

Shower was really hot, and couldn't adjust the temperature. Faucet on sink was just barely long enough to extend into sink basin. Bathroom fan was not operational. Stairs at the side of the building were somewhat uneven, and if not careful, even a 5'6" person could hit their head while going up. (I did.)

Very conveniently located downtown. Newly renovated. Breakfast included at local bakery/coffee shop.

While the rooms looked great, they did lack some functionality and were quite small with limited storage for your luggage. E.g. There was no closet or drawers. The sink and vanity are in the main room while the shower and toilet are separate. Shower head and enclosure were situated in a way that it impossible to not get water everywhere when you showered.

We loved ever about the Gibson. It was exceptional and every one went out of their way to assist us and make us comfortable. The night clerk, J came and adjusted the temperature for our comfort at arrival. The bedding and mattress was so comfortable we slept as though we were on clouds. It was a a great experience and we are sincere when we tell you that you excel.

There was nothing to dislike. We loved The Gibson. And the pups loved their treats too.
