I was able to get a poolside room and my view from my room was so peaceful looking at the atrium with live trees and the light from the outdoors. I loved it ! My room was very spacious too. Had a frig and everything I needed. Very comfortable rolling chair by the desk too that leaned back ! Staff was very very helpful and kind. The first night I was having trouble with my own cell phone and the girl knew just what to do and helped with a smile. I booked this not thinking I'd get a free breakfast which I was pleasantly surprised it did ! And the breakfast was exceptional and it looked like you were eating at a fancy restaurant. You could tell the lady running it took great pride in doing her best to serve everyone. Every morning she greeted everyone with a smile and asked if she could do anything. I would highly recommend staying here, wish there were more hotels like this in every town !

Not a fan of casinos but it was on the other side where I wasn't at.

Fantastic from checking in to checking out. The lobby had a lovely smell upon entering which is a great first impression. Staff were lovely and accommodating. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfy. Breakfast was great, with plenty of choices both hot n cold. Indoor pool area was lovely. Spa was great after a long day, although it didn’t bubble up at all and the jets need turning on every 5min. Overall recommend n would stay again

Two story building but a large complex for conventions. Large room with refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast included with the room. Lots of parking. Indoor pool area nicely decorated with plants. Option to stay in a room that walks out to the pool. Next to 2 gas stations. Convenient to get to the falls and natural spring. Next to a park.

Location was a little out of the way to the restaurants and shopping. Property a little run down (broken window, old carpet) and not a good value. Casino had only a few machines and looked sad.

I like the convenient location. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The indoor pool and hot tub are great. The included breakfast is amazing! The price is highly competitive. Heritage Inn is a hotel and convention venue that has been a local choice for many years.

Since the Heritage has been around a long time, some parts look a little worn, but it still looks clean and "western." My only advice is to keep updating and doing maintenance so the property doesn't become dated and old.

Rooms were comfortable and had an area to sit in atrium. Generous breakfast

Keys didn’t work well. We were on the first floor near the indoor pool, which was very loud until 10pm. Choice of room away from the pool would have been preferred. Since it was our first time, we didn’t know and would have been nice to be given the option

The parking lot was large. We easily parked near our door the whole stay. The interior decor is super cute and gives a whole vacation vibe. The pool area is beautiful.

There are very visible places where things need fixed. Lumpy carpet on stairs, the doors don’t match, missing trim around the stairs. The building is very large and confusing.

Every time we stay in great falls Montana, we stay at the Heritage Inn . The staff are always very friendly, rooms are always clean. The pool is nice and warm, I can bring my baby in there. The location is somewhat central. It is a bit of a stretch to target, and the outdoor waterpark, otherwise it’s close to Walmart, the gas station etc.

Only one time I had asked the beds to be made and the towels replaced, and they made the beds but didn’t replace the towels. I think the ladies must have forgot, and that’s ok, there are a ton of rooms in this hotel. I also don’t love how far the walk is to the rooms but I LOVE the fact there is an outdoor entrance on every hallway so you can park your vehicle close to your room.

The hotel is in a great spot! Has its own restaurant and casino inside.

When we arrived for check in around 4 p.m. the front office lady told us that we were unable to check in until 6 or 6:30 p.m. which was a total bummer for us as we traveled a long time to get to our hotel and were tired 😫

The motel is near everything: the river, airport, downtown, university.

Cleanliness. Bed sheets seemed like they don’t get changed. It smelled like the previous guest (smelled like sweat and body odor), overall it met my needs for my short term stay.

Such a beautiful building from the inside. Area was great and the amenities were awesome. One of the better hotels I’ve stayed at.

The pool was SUPER quiet. You could hear a whisper from far away. The hot tub was also super small, but other than that it was great
