Greeted by very friendly receptionist found our room clean welcoming and comfortable in the morning missed breakfast but lady in breakfast room allowed us in to get a coffee for the road. After we had left realized I had left my iPad behind on my return the lady at front desk called housekeeping and they found it and returned it to me. The location accessible and large parking area was great as we were traveling with truck and trailer . We will definitely keep them in mind when we travel through Great Falls

We liked everything but the weather and they weren’t responsible for that

The room was huge! The beds were comfy and we slept well even though we needed to get up really early to catch our flight. The shuttle was ready to go for our super early trip to the airport and though I didn’t catch her name, we had the friendliest lady shuttling us. She was a gem! Reception was fast and friendly, too! Gas station and restaurant nearby was handy. Getting downtown only took a short 10 minutes. The area was very quiet and well lit.

Breakfast had very good G/F bread and the coffee was actually pretty good as well. We were on the 2 nd floor and whoever was in the room above us had very heavy footsteps till later and was up early. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Even gave us a coupon for Cattleman’s restaurant which was exceptional service and food.

Rooms were a great size - very spacious, and staff were very accommodating. Everyone was very welcoming. Beds were quite comfortable, and having a fridge/microwave were a nice plus. The TV had a very good variety of stations, although the remote took some figuring out. Decent variety for the complimentary breakfast and the pool/hot tub were appreciated.

The breakfast ends at 9AM on weekdays. With a noon checkout, it would be nice if it ran later. The hot tub was very foamy on the second night, I am guessing that was due to the chemicals needed to maintain the water, but it was unappealing. Pool towels could be a little bigger. A little weird not to have daily housekeeping, but not a huge issue either way.

Was clean and easy access.Room was much bigger than expected and very comfortable.

Only disappointment for me was that someone arrived late in the room above me and must have been pet friendly.The people were very loud and it seemed they let the dog run around for awhile.Woke me up at 1 in the morning and was loud for about an hour. Maybe they didn’t have a choice where to put them but didn’t seem like the hotel was very full so would be nice if when people arrive so late they would be put further away.Only negative part for me but maybe beyond their control.

We have stayed here many times. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Besides a king size bed there is a table and chairs to dine at and a couch and chair. The free breakfast is good and the staff are friendly and helpful. Plus they have shuttle service to the airport.

They have a great breakfast in the morning and if you have pets there are nice grassy areas for them. We did have our dog so this was great for him. The room was fairly quite as well which is nice because sometimes out dog will bark.

There wasn't much we didn't like, this met our needs and was convenient and close to a restaurant. We were attending the dog ball which is at the airport and it made getting there very easy. ..........

The rooms were clean and quiet.

I did not stay that Sunday due to a scheduling conflict on my part...Told the staff on Saturday and Sunday morning and they told me they would cancel the room but I had to go through Hotels.com for a refund. I notified Hotels.com but they did not respond. Since I purchased the room via paypal, I guess I'll dispute it there...there has to be a way to rectify this especially when you notify everyone as soon as possible.

It was a perfectly located for Great Falls International Airport. The staff were lovely and a nice breakfast was available in the morning. I don't recall there being any shower gel in the bathroom, but that was not a problem for us. There were 2 Gas stations right by which was great as we were returning a rental vehicle at the Airport.

Perhaps some sachets of shower gel would have been nice, but nevertheless the facility was clean which was more important.

Breakfast was available earlier than the expected time and offered a good selection of breakfast foods. The location is convenient to the I-15 as well as choices of fast food and full service dining.

The Crystal Inn demonstrates ‘hospitality’ in the care of the guests. There wasn’t anything that I wasn’t impressed by. Kudos to the staff (Sue).
