My mom and I traveled to Great Falls to see my brother who lives in the area. We loved how close the hotel was to everything. I loved being downtown. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We will definitely be staying in this hotel again when we come back to Great Falls.

Honestly we didn't find anything we didn't like. The rooms were clean and fresh towels were delivered everyday. The beds were comfortable and spacious. Loved the convenience of the downtown location.

Hotel employees & Manager went above & beyond due to BOOKING. COM mistake and screw up. They found my confirmed paid reservation from March 31st that was ok'd to change the date to the May 12th date. They were gracious and told me they'll CORRECT BOOKING. COM ERROR. They also have the BEST security cameras and they know I care more about my '94 Thunderbird car. They kept an eye on it as they're the ONLY HOTEL THAT HAS UNDERGROUND SECURE PARKING in all of Great Falls which is the main reason I stay there . I thank the team & manager for taking good care of me and my car . Also, ice bucket in my room 😊🥰

BOOKING COM SCREW UP

I had a serious medical surgery and the hotel made sure I have everything I need whilst recovering. They got me a room on the 4th floor next to elevator as needed. They checked on me too making sure I was comfortable and have everything that I needed . I'm so happy 😊

Only thing was the city was doing street construction so not their fault as hotel helped guests which street to take to access hotel & parking too.

The room was clean, comfortable and cozy. We liked the breakfast being served. The place is not far from the airport. The staffs are nice and approachable. When I asked them if we could checked out late they permitted us. It is affordable and worth the price. Our overall stay there was satisfying. I recommend this hotel.

The staff were very good. Room was clean and the a.c. was very good, if a little noisy!

The light over our sink was burned out. We reported it on our check out. We could've used one more pillow, but we were lucky to have brought one of our own!! Appears there is major construction going on....the pool was out of service and we would have used it if it were open....

place was being renovated so lobby in a bit of disarray but staff were good, the room was large, clean and very bright with large windows. There were plenty of of plug ins and ports for electronics, Larger fridge and the beds were good.

Not so much about dislikes but the bed frame had large sheet metal surrounds that made funny cymbal like sounds when accidentally kicked. I believe these are being replaced as we speak. Rooms were getting new furniture and a makeover. I actually thought the hotel was great.

Ok place for the money. Staff was nice. Good coffee. Maybe real juice, not sugary juice. Thank you!

High carb, high salt breakfast. Some people don't drink milk. Need to tell the officers to run people off around the hotel. It's creepy and annoying.

Renovation currently going on in the building, so the room we had was previously updated and looked nice. Seemed to be sound proofed. Underground parking was great.

The bathroom door stuck badly and you had to pull hard to open it. They weren't able to supply us with room that we booked though they gave us a different room that worked. Only one elevation so sometimes we had to wait a bit for it to come. Fridge had no freezer with it.

The breakfast could be way better. I didn’t care for anything in a bagged lunch bag that I got. Didn’t realize that is what they meant. I chose locations based on breakfasts and price combined. The breakfast here will not bring me back to the hotel

Everything was pretty great, friendly staff, great access to downtown Great Falls Montana, rooms were very clean. I would definitely stay again.

Room 214 main door stuck when trying to open and tub there drained way to slow.
