This place is great small hotel especially for the price. Owner greeted me upon arrival and checked me in. He was super friendly. The price was reasonable especially for the height of tourist season when I was in the area.

No coffee in the room but owner had a big pot brewed in the breakfast area in the morning.

Went to great falls for our 50th reunion. Price was right. Room was clean and quiet. Owner mark was very nice. Enjoyed our stay.

No real breakfast, but there was no room to have a large breakfast in the lobby. My coffee was good enough for me.

The beds were very comfortable, the AC worked, lots of parking. The staff was very pleasant and kind.

The location was great and the price was right. The room was very clean. TV had tons of channels. Bedding was clean.

The room had a smell when we got there, but we left the door open for awhile and it dissipated.

The "Continental breakfast" was a joke. Day old mini croissants and bad coffee does not a breakfast make.

Room 113 smelled of smoke and it was very hot and the air was not on and took several hours to cool off the room.

Price was right, right on the highway, and had enough stuff close by, we didn't need to drive.
