The gentleman at the front desk was extremely nice and knowledgeable of the area. The lobby and our room were clean. We had a Pet Friendly room and it was clean and did not smell of Pet urine. There were lots of food options in the immediate area for dinner (many within walking distance).

Honestly the only thing I might say about a dislike would be the bathroom was on the small side. We're doing a cross country move and it was by far the smallest bathroom we've had so far. But it wasn't horrible or anything!

The room was large. The staff were friendly. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast was good.

There was no hand soap as they had run out. The base of the shower needs a good scrubbing. The ice bucket should not be in the bathroom as feces and urine spray 6 feet. The towels could also be moved as they are right beside the toilet.

The location was great. A nice variety at breakfast.

The fan switch in the bathroom was broken and I bet some guests cannot reach the toilet paper! A guide to the TV channels would be helpful. I never did find the local channels and wanted a weather report.

We came early an hour and a half before check in and the rooms weren’t ready and so when we came back to check in at 3pm, they upgraded us to a better room at no extra cost. Quite considerate as we were the ones that were early.

The staff were exceptional! From the front desk, to the Housecleaning staff, to the Breakfast room staff! Rooms were very comfortable and clean and well decorated. Some room upgrades were still underway, so really appreciate how they can do that and still provide great service!

The lamp didn't work. The entire wall with the TV had the power strip shut off so TV etc didn't work until hubby figured it out.

Rehydrated eggs are yucky. Lol. But hard boiled eggs, yogurt and orange juice were great. Not many options for gluten intolerant individuals. Bathroom could you a little better wipe down.

Loved the location. Was so central to every where I needed to go. Staff were amazing. So helpful. Saved me so much time.

The breakfast was good. I really liked the biscuits and gravy. I was very happy on the 3rd floor.

I guess I would like a bathtub. And the metal under the bed made alot of noise when accidentally hit with foot.

The property was clean and well appointed. Our only negative was being in the room directly beside the elevator which allowed a little more noise than usual.

The breakfast and its location was wonderful! Room was a nice size and very clean.

The desk representative was not friendly at all and I could not get her to even smile😚
