I recently stayed at the Sheraton New Delhi Hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is conveniently located close to Nexus Mall, making it easy to access shopping and dining options nearby. The room I stayed in was a bit on the small side, but it was well-maintained and comfortable. Special mention to Jitendra, who did a great job keeping the room clean throughout my stay. The staff at the hotel are exceptionally polite and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Carlton from the kitchen stood out with his kindness and attentiveness—he provided us with karha every day to help protect against the virus, which was a thoughtful gesture. The breakfast was decent, though nothing extraordinary. There was a good variety of options, but the quality could be improved slightly. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend Sheraton New Delhi Hotel, especially for its convenient location and excellent staff.

The room was a bit small

There is very little not to like about this property. Indian hospitality is par excellence! The front desk staff was so warm and welcoming. They supported me with early check in and made the process so seamless. The staff at the morning buffet (special shout out to Shiv and Mohit) were lovely. Once familiar with us, would bring out tea and coffee just as we like it. The rooms were comfortable, beautiful and luxurious. Housekeeping staff did a fabulous job and restocked towels and water very judiciously. The doormen are lovely and polite. I used the valet and they would bring out the car in no time; so efficient. Definitely returning here on our next visit.

Everything was great!

Beautiful hotel and super comfortable, breakfast and other food in their restaurants are fantastic. Really comfortable beds, and if you ask for one of the rooms on upper floors you won’t hear the Delhi traffic at all! Walking distance to major Delhi mall complex where you would be able to shop and eat in local and international shops and restaurants.

Honestly everything about the property and service was great, the price is high but then again, it is a 5 star hotel… Unfortunately the air pollution can be hazardous in Delhi, quite often, and it happened to me, so I wasn’t able to enjoy the swimming pool area, but this is not the fault of the hotel of course!

It's an absolutely fantastic place, with a good ambiance, great accessibility, amazing people, and delicious food. The attention to details exhibited by the staff here is amazing. Sonia and Richa from guest relations, Arjun Ji, Paul, Mohit, and others from Delhi Pavilion, and all the housekeeping staff—they were all very friendly, caring, and made our stay a beautiful one. Whenever I come here, I want to stay here permanently.

There is nothing not likeable about this place.

The stay was amazing. The Hotel staff was attentive and polite. Check in and Check out was smooth. The room was good and I had expected the same with the services which were great. The Location is great and there are a good number of options for food inside the hotel and nearby.

I would suggest that there should be an option for providing extra fragrance for the rooms as per the choice of visitors. A list of organic fragrances should be provided to the customers while booking so they can choose. It's just a suggestion for an add-on feature. :)

The staff were great at the hotel Restaurant, they were very friendly and accommodating. We had booked a early morning tour and we mention this to the Restaurant manager and they prepared a box of food for our travel which was very nice and we appreciated it very much .

The receptionist at checkout was not very friendly, when we asked if we could have a late check out due to our late flight. We were told we would need to book for another day. which I then advised that when enquired before booking the hotel, I was told there is a complimentary late checkout. and then she said we will give you the late complimentary checkout. I would have appreciated if she had offered this before my having to ask for it and not making fuss.

All was OK.. specially Vikash at tye house keeping was very helpful

We were upgraded on arrival to club rooms with access to lounge and free dinner....later I learned that our dinner was chargeable and I got a huge bill to pay....fortunately we explained tye floor.manager and some arrangements were made so that we do not have to pay.....but it was a very disappointing experience...anyway we accepted the hotels decision and moved forward....

The best thing about the hotel are the staff, especially Sathish sheraton restaurant manager Sathish was very helpful and very professional. My husband didn't feel very well. Sathish organised medication and got special food prepared for him. Thank you ever so much. Also, Sonu a waiter in the club lounge, provided us with an excellent service

The food in the Chinese restaurant. Too spicy and hot! Fell ill eating that food.

Excellent, clean, very good room and facility. The cable tv was not working but didn’t call anyone to fix as I was busy with my work. Overall excellent stay. They cleaned room every day. Excellent working staff for room service and cleaning. Staff at food was very good.

The front desk staff satisfactory. Working staff for cleaning room was excellent.

The location is good , right next to a very large shopping mall and midway from most areas in south Delhi .

The bathrooms are tiny and can be cumbersome to use . Being an old property not much can be done to change the same . Breakfast is adequate but does not offer a wide variety of choices and can feel repetitive if one is staying for a longer period .
