Good size room, good location, very friendly and helpful staff. I would stay there again. There were USB sockets provided on both sides of the bed which was good and made phone charging easy. Near to the Metro, Central Park, Electronics City as well as many restaurants and a shopping centre. Room facilities included slippers, bathrobe and other amenities including toothbrush and shower cap and a Dyson hair-dryer. Room design was very functional which is just what you need.

As the hotel is located next to a busy intersection it would benefit from double glazed windows or thicker glass in order to further reduce traffic noise or any construction noise from nearby developments. The noise level is not too bad but it is noticeable. While coffee is provided in the room it would be nice if coffee creamer and sugar were also provided.

everything was great. the staff was very kind, breakfast good, location is great (it is near a mall, the metro station and a bus station which has a lot of bus lines going there), the rooms were clean with everything you need including hairdryer, toothpaste and a lot of hygune products, very safe because you could only go up in the elevator woth your key card. overall it was the best experience we have ever had since we have travelled

it was kind of hard to communicate with the staff because they don't know english, but it was a very common thing in china and they were very very kind and helpful even though we couldnt understand each other

That was my second time in this hotel. really nice option for business trip: great location close to subway, good breakfast for Europeans, price is also good! Very friendly English-speaking receptionists. I will definitely come back again.

At first I got room 2301 but its not the level I ordered, but when I asked receptionists for help they kindly provided appropriate room at 4th floor. Thanks.

The hotel is very near to the major shopping malls and eateries. Subway is just a minute away while the Hua Qiang Bei Electronics Stores are less than 10mins walk from the hotel. The customer service is beyond our expectations especially Cindy Chang the customer service manager. Cindy extended her service to help us collect and deliver the cleaned clothes to our room when we are unable to wait at the self service dryer for the cycle to complete. Her team of service members were diligent and patient right from the start to the end of our stay.

During my recent stay at the Shanghai hotel, I encountered a medical emergency due to a kidney stone. The hotel staff went above and beyond, responding immediately to my situation and assisting me in getting to the hospital. Their swift action and genuine concern ensured I received the necessary medical care, which was both reassuring and deeply appreciated. The professionalism and kindness of the staff made a challenging situation much easier to handle.

The staff is for some reason very uninterested in the guests. They don't even say good morning when entering the hotel. We had a late check out, on the booking it was written at 3pm, they blocked our key at 2pm without any notice. The only minus in the hotel is the staff. They speak very little English and the guest does not feel at all welcome😀

The staff was friendly and helpful. Only one spoke English, but she spoke English very well. The staff helped me organize a taxi when I was leaving the hotel, which I also appreciated. The room was clean, quiet, and absolutely pitch black at night (but with a really cool view of Shenzhen if I opened the curtains!). Decor was fun as well; I believe it's designed to have a classic Shanghai vibe. The location was good as well, right next to a mall and a subway station. Breakfast is fantastic.

"Complimentary minibar and late checkout" is a bit misleading. The "minibar" included a can of cola and a bottle of some other soft drink. None of the little bottles of alcohol or cans of beer you'd expect. Their late checkout, 12:00PM, is fairly standard at hotels in China. Otherwise, the room was exceptional.

The room interiors were very nicely refurbished in a contemporary style. Liked the large expanse of glass that kept the room bright. Love the switch controls with different lighting modes. Love the central location with easy train access. Love the huge and contemporary malls and movie theatre within 5 minutes walking distance. Hotel standards are on par with international standards for the star rating.

The staff spoke minimal English. It was not an issue for me since I spoke Putonghua, but I saw some foreigners having communication issues.

Very centrally located, steps away from restaurants and mall. Big, clean room with amenities. Breakfast buffet is ok.

Breakfast room is rather on the small side, with only big round tables, so it is common to go to the buffet, come back to the table and find people sitting at the table, if not entirely taken! Difficult to communicate with reception staff in English.
