Close to shekou terminal ferry port and shekou seaworld. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Very nice place for family and hanging out. Pity the ship was being renovated during my stay. The suite room was huge and value for money for the price with tv in front of bathtub. The place is very clean as well as the surrounding area. Even the air felt clean where people mostly drive EV or rent bikes The staff were very helpful. The cleaner was especially friendly and make up the room every morning. Will come back and recommend

Not the hotel's fault but the ship and water fountain at seaworld was closed for renovation. Away from city centre but not far from attractions by metro or taxi

My Favourite Hotel – Exceptional Service and Peace of Mind I’ve been staying at Hilton Shekou regularly over the years when visiting my parents in the area, and it has consistently delivered a wonderful experience. In recent months, I’ve made more frequent trips and mostly stayed in the Nanhai wing, which I highly recommend – the rooms are more spacious, the air conditioning is quieter, and the overall atmosphere is more peaceful. During my stay in April with my family, I accidentally left behind a Cartier ring in the room. I only realised this after reaching Hong Kong airport and contacted the hotel immediately. To my relief, the housekeeping team had already handed the ring to the front desk, and they kept it safe until my friend was able to collect it about two weeks later. I am extremely grateful for the honesty and efficiency of the staff – this speaks volumes about the hotel’s integrity and service standards. Beyond that, Hilton Shekou truly stands out in terms of location, cleanliness, and service. It has become my favourite hotel for a reason – consistently comfortable, welcoming, and trustworthy. Thank you again to the amazing team!

I was disappointed that my request for a connecting room wasn’t fulfilled, especially since I had emphasized it during booking. However, I truly appreciate the staff’s courtesy—they called to explain the situation during a busy season and handled it with professionalism. Their commitment to customer care was evident, and the stay itself was comfortable. Hopefully, next time, my request can be accommodated!

Amazing one night stay at Hilton Shenzhen Shekou Nanhai. Property is luxurious and clean with lots of bathroom amenities. The Executive Lounge team, in particular Aileen, is wonderful. She personally called me one day before my stay to confirm my check-in timing, and took care of us so well at the lounge. She even upgraded us to a free breakfast after helping me search for my Hilton membership number. I saw her assisting other guests with food, drinks and various requests during my time there. I have stayed in various Hilton properties around the world and this ranks as the best. I’ll definitely be back again.

The seaview room is very quiet and beautiful. Downstairs is close to the art mall and 10 mins walk to the sea world.

Minibar is empty. No snacks. This is a suite. I don’t mind paying for minibar if there are drinks inside. No wine glasses. The staff is helpful though can use a smile and be even more friendly. I sent a message to hotel via booking.com it was never replied. We ordered some take away we have to walk downstairs to get it from a shared table. Smaller hotels deliver to rooms using robots these days. We drove here from HK. The free car parking had to be manually entered by the staff every time so quite inconvenient. In another hotel our car license plate was entered into the system once and we could go in and out at any time. Executive lounge had no food when we went at 4pm. We never returned to lounge again.

The property was situated in a convenient location near Sea World and the ferry terminal. It was clean, spacious and modern! Only thing that we did not realise was it was in a different building/ wing, which means the facilities such as the pool are not in the same building. However, there is a little mini bus that comes frequently and drives you over to the main building within minutes. Staff were friendly, hospitable and very helpful. Even took the initiative to deliver parcels/ take out to our room. Decorated the room and gave us a lovely cake for a birthday too! We will definitely stay here again!

The children’s playground can be better maintained as some logs/ structures were not secured, have to be fixed for safety

It is always for me to have the chance to stay in this magnificent Hilton hotel in Shenzhen. It is the best place and hotel for me in Shekou to recharge my batteries because everything is set up by the loving and pleasant staff who are always available to make life pleasant for their customers. I want to especially thank all the staff of the hotel and especially the best who is Mrs. Aileen LAM, for having done everything to make my stay more pleasant, warmer and magnificent during my short stay. I truly recommend this Hilton establishment in Shekou in Shenzhen to all travelers to stay there because everything is perfect and the location allows you to visit all the best places in Shekou. The staff services were exceptional. They were very helpful, friendly and professional. The hotel room was spacious with full of facilities and very clean. It's location was also conveniently in the middle of the city and commercial area.

Being a Muslim traveller, I did not enjoy the food as much as i would like. There was no available options for me besides fruits, salads, bread and pastries. I stayed for 4 nights and I had the same breakfast everyday. Perhaps you could improve on your breakfast offering to be more inclusive.

None - keep up the great service!

This was our second stay at the Hilton Shenzhen. Travelling with our 11 month old daughter, the room (Nanhai Seaside Suite - room 8035) was fantastic, with lots of space and great views over the Yacht club / Shenzhen Marina and the seafront. The room was very spacious and clean, with two balconies to enjoy the sunrise after an early morning wakeup from the little one! The staff were incredible during our stay, everyone was very friendly and welcoming, especially during the carnage of feeding a toddler during breakfast time. The food choice during breakfast was great, with a good selection of both western and Chinese offerings. The overall facilities were really relaxing, with a short walk (5mins) to the seafront path, which leads down to Seaworld (10mins walk from the lobby) and all of the restaurants etc. With family living in Shenzhen, location and comfort for our daughter was top priority, and the Hilton did not disappoint, which is why we chose to return again this time. We stayed for 5 nights and had an excellent stay, highly recommended, and we will definitely be returning again soon
