Stayed with family members here for only one night to travel with the ferry to Koh Chang the next morning. The accommodation was super clean and is located near the mangrove, which is beautiful. The owner is super nice and she even gave us tips for dinner spots in the evening. You can ask for breakfast in the morning and pay a small fee. Would definitely recommend this accommodation if you want to explore Trat area or if you are passing through on the way to the islands.

Nothing wrong with the accommodation, but please keep in mind that you sleep next to the mangroves, so take your mosquito spray with you

On my way to Koh Chang Island, I got lost and booked for 1 night. A business that deserves 10 points, not 9😊The hotel owner is in constant contact with you. On my way to the ferry port, I lost my bag and asked the hotel owner for help. We found my bag thanks to the taxi driver he directed. I would like to thank them and their employees again. See you again 👋

It's a wonderful situation, the chalets surround a real mangrove area, bird life is so interesting. Colours and light effects and fish in the mangrove area mesmerizing. A real rest from beaches! And Oom is super-helpful.

It's quite a long walk from the pier and the shops and restaurants.. I walked a couple of times but would not enjoy longer. The owner was very helpful arranging a motorbike ride, but I was happy to move on after 3 days.

The place indeed feels like home. It's dead quiet and you can hear all the birds and nature around, a few good food options within 15-20 minutes walk. Owner arranged us a pick up from Trat airport and it was a perfect stay before the morning ferry to Koh Mak. We stayed at the concrete villa because I was a bit afraid of the mosquitos in the wooden one, but I don't think it's the problem. The whole area seems to be pretty mosquito free. AC was a bit loud, but worked well and the room was clean.

Synthetic sheets might be not for everyone especially hot sleepers, that part I didn't enjoy. Also the bed was quite firm but it depends on personal preference.

We arrived here late at night after a very long drive from Rayong through the lashing rain. We arrived to a very warm welcome and were shown straight to our room to relax after the drive. Rooms were spotless clean and comfortable. The next next we got lots of information about the ferries to koh Chang and were on our way with a smile! Definitely recommend to anyone coming this way

We were there for one night so didn't get to relax as much as we would have liked as the lobby area is very nice and has a nice pond with plenty of fish to relax by! So really not spending more time there is the only thing we didn't like!

Nice place to stay before taking the ferry, out of the city. The bungalows are right above the mangrove. The staff is lovely and very friendly. They gave me their bike to go to eat to town. And the next day they drove me to the pier. Everything was done to make my stay good and easy.

Unfortunately when I was there, there was a live band not far playing music loud till 2 am. And they started again at 4 am. Don't know if it's everyday.

I missed my ferry to the island and had to book a stay close by. Luckily, I chose Suchanaree@Laenngop. When I arrived, the staff was already waiting for me and they showed me the room immediately. It was late and I was tired, they were very nice and asked me if I was hungry. They ordered food for me and sent me off to the ferry the next day. I only saw the beautiful surroundings the next morning. It was a very comfortable and beautiful room. It had everything needed and was clean. But I think the kind staff made it extra special to me.

I visited the resort on Saturday 18th January. What a lovely place to stay for one night before I headed to koh mak. The owner was fantastic from the moment I messaged her from the UK. What an incredible person and so amazing sorting out things for myself before I arrived, nothing was too much trouble to do so. Fantastic room and would recommend the resort to anyone..

Perfect location not too far from the airport or the ferry. Everything is clean especially the restroom is so nice and very clean. My mom and my brother also love this place so much we feel like we are close to the jungle lol… and it’s lovely! Next time if we come to Trat again will definitely stay here.

The door needs to be fixed.

We just loved the feel and vibe that Oom and her team have created, it’s such a wonderful place to come into from Bangkok and prepare for the boat/ferry to Koh Chang or Kok Mak. The help and genuine warmth around organising everything from a car Bangkok/Laemngop, the ferry, the staying open as our flight was delayed, helping across everything was amazing. Waking up to the peace and only being 5 min taxi to Laemngop Pier was so easy. We would give 15/10 if we could!!
