I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for several days, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The breakfast buffet in particular is truly exceptional – one of the best I’ve ever had. The variety is impressive: freshly prepared hot dishes, a wide selection of pastries and cakes, and plenty of healthy options like fresh fruit, yogurt, and muesli. A special highlight is the high-quality coffee machine that prepares all kinds of coffee specialties at the touch of a button – whether it’s a cappuccino, latte macchiato, or espresso, everything is served in barista-level quality. The breakfast area also offers a breathtaking view, which makes every morning feel like a special occasion. Starting the day with such a panorama is simply priceless. I can highly recommend this hotel – the breakfast alone is worth the stay!

The hotel is thoughtfully designed and the two bedroom apartment was clean and beautifully done, especially by local standards. The breakfast buffet was extensive and of decent quality. The staff was great too: polite and considerate without being overbearing.

Some minor issues: water pressure in the shower could be better. The balcony’s acoustics were a bit bathroom-like. The swimming pools need a bit more love. Gym is a bit under equipped. Again: minor points and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the region.

Fusion Suites is truly one of the most unique and distinctive hotels in Vung Tau. Located right in the heart of the city, it’s conveniently close to restaurants and other local services. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout my stay. When I checked in, there was a minor issue with the room. However, the staff handled it swiftly and professionally—upgrading me to a better room and offering sincere apologies through both their attitude and service. That thoughtful response left a strong impression and made the experience all the more memorable.

Everything! Check-in was easy, staff were extremely friendly Facilities were as described, with great options available for happy hour for the spa The bed was comfy, linen was clean Bathroom- toiletries supplied, the hotel even supplied toothpaste with the toothbrushes. Not that it was needed but it was a great touch. The hotel had almost everything we could have asked for and the view was incredible

Unable to access Netflix on the TV because the TV appeared to be locked TV channels available - majority were unable to be viewed in English Bit of confusion with the sauna- for other users, the staff set the temperature on a timer and it gradually warms up

The breakfast was terrific. It had a wide variety of items (both Vietnamese and Western) to choose from. The individual floor pools were fun for our family. The spa was fantastic! I got the body scrub and massage, and the whole thing was so relaxing.

The pool on the roof was great, but you had to take another flight of stairs up to it (from the top floor through the restaurant), a bit awkward in your bathing suit, and the stairs were very slippery when they got wet.

One of the best hotels we've been in! The panoramic view of both mountain & sea is unbeatable. The breakfast has varied cuisines from best East & West and everything was delicious. There was a infinity pool on the 20th floor with breathtaking views, and 9 more pools on the floors below! To top it all off, the spa packages were fantastic - all our massage therapists were top notch, with special shout outs for Trang & Yen - whose pace, technique & professionalism were amongst the best we ever encountered. If you're in Vung Tau, Fusion Suites is the place to be. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

A great hotel. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff were attentive and helpful. The buffet breakfast was huge with a lot of variety. Loved that each level had its own pool. Our one was so quiet compared to the one on roof.

Wrong time of year to come. Vietnam school holidays. Not hotels fault there, but it did mean they struggled with keeping food and drinks replenished at breakfast, and the room was super busy! The bikes were ok that we hired, wouldn't have minded if they were complimentary, but it cost to hire them. However, they worked and got us between the front beach and back beach.

Location and it being the only hotel of its type in Vung Tau. Breakfast was good, great selection. Spa services were really nice as well. Close to the beach, which really is a small strip of sand! Great view of the bay.

Cleanliness of the room could be better, stains on couch and furniture, the room we were in had probably been vacant for a while as the soap dispensers dispensed gunk before the actual soap came out, but really minor complaints. Front desk staff checking out was slightly unpleasant (saying I took extra slippers when they were missing from the room in the first place, questioning me when I had no reason to lie) but in the end it was settled, so can't really complain! I really chalked it up to cultural differences in communication playing a part.

The spa was lovely for daily treatments and room was good size with lovely views of harbour.

Our food orders were all mixed up. Appetiser came 40 mins after main.my wife came 30 minutes late and order to receive her food before family. The waitress tried her best with free bread and 10% discount off bill but for a reasonably expensive restaurant I wouldn’t return. Otherwise thought room was ok, a bit tired in decor but good value for room rate.
