The room we had stayed in (2nd floor) was modern and very clean, with a very beautiful view. The hotel staff is friendly and open to help. I recommend this hotel and I would definitely return here for a night over stay.

The bad and the pillows were not that comfy cozy. The fact that the restaurant is not open every day of the week. But we ordered a pizza from Ivrea and got it delivered to the hotel (~1h waiting time). The breakfast is varied, but it is not of a very good quality. The indoor breakfast area had a very strange smell the morning we visited.

The staff were accommodating and friendly, the hotel room was big, nice quality, and very clean. I booked last minute and had not realized we would arrive past the close of reception. My apologies for that, but totally appreciated that they stayed open for us and were reactive on the email to find a solution. The hotel is conveniently located for transiting through the area but a little off the highway so still pleasant.

We were delayed by the ferry from Greece being 7 hours late leaving about 4 hours to drive over 500km to arrive by 2300. Contacted the hotel. No problem someone here until 0100 and if that’s a problem we can give you the door codes etc. Arrived at 0130 as there was a 35 minute delay on the autostrada due to an accident. Codes worked. Key on reception desk. Information about breakfast already sent. Cold water in the fridge. A good end to a rather fraught day. Hotel was comfortable. Breakfast excellent. Definitely stay again. Staff really helpful.

The location is fantastic. Perfectly placed for road connections around Piedmont. The most lovely staff - so helpful well beyond the normal requests of hotel guests.

It’s a bit “business”. Probably not where you’d choose for a romantic couple away stay. But then the location makes up for a lot!! And so do the staff!

Excellent rooms with a balcony, Good location, just a few kms off the autostrada We have stopped here previously, and we shall certainly be staying here in the future!

Late check-in (we came after midnight), the guy on reception was waiting for us. Ideal cleanliness!! Bedding was perfect. All possible toiletries provided. Good breakfast available for extra 10 euro. Location is quiet, the air is fresh dispite the fact that hotel is not far from the highway.

All was good for our quick stop for a night before going to the mountains next morning

Quiet area despite the highway nearby. Rooms are spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. Rooms are not soundproofed, so if there are guests around, you might not have an early bedtime. Bathroom with all toiletteries. Breakfast is just ok, all fresh except eggs. Staff is very nice and attentive. We had a nice stay and would definitely recommend the place.

Closed restaurant on evenings

The staff were amazing—extremely helpful and incredibly kind. The hotel has a restaurant, but you need to make a reservation in advance.

Location is a drive away from the city, not far but a car was needed. Breakfast was good with friendly staff who kept buffet topped up. We had a room with a beautiful view of the mountains.

The staff were very kind and helpful. They always had a cheerful smile and went out if their way to make our stay very enjoyable. The room was peaceful despite the hotel being quite busy. This was our second stay at Hotel Gardenia and we look forward to returning in the future.

There was nothing that we didn't like.
