The location was good just 3 minutes from the beach. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was served every morning in the beautiful garden. Check in and check out was very easy. Air condition is a plus:

I think the most annoying issue was the church bells right opposite that barely stop and woke us up ok the middle of the night. We would also like to have the options of some eggs in the morning. The bed also and the pillows were not comfortable. Overall, we do believe that this accommodation was very overpriced but at the time we didn’t have many options. This is the case for this season on this area.

Casa Calella is a Costa Brava oasis. Beautiful clear and turquoise beaches are within a short walking distance— spend a few days here and explore the coast! Restaurants, cafes, shops, and supermarkets are outside your door. A delicious breakfast is served on the terrace overlooking the garden each morning, which is full of jasmine, geraniums, and a lemon tree. We loved relaxing in the garden with a glass of wine from the honesty bar in the evenings. Our room was exceptional and cleaned each day while we were at the beach. The staff were friendly, helpful, professional, and very kind. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable! We loved every minute here- Casa Calella is a gem 🤍

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The rooms were not only spotlessly clean but also beautifully and thoughtfully decorated – it felt very cozy and welcoming. The breakfast was generous and delicious, with plenty of variety and a lovely presentation. The location is perfect: just a short walk to the beach and right in the heart of town. A special thank you to the two gentlemen running the place – they were incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive. You can really tell they care about their guests. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and would love to come back!

Right in the centre of the village, just a 2 min walk to the beach and waterfront. Xavier was a fantastic host, who gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and costal walks. Palafrugell is a pretty, quaint, traditional Spanish seaside village.

It’s directly opposite the church, so the bells ringing every 15 mins could disturb your sleep. No parking outside hotel, so you have to circle the village one way system to get lucky with finding a space. I believe there’s a public car park nearby too but we luckily found a space on a street close by.

Dreamy little boutique hotel in the heart of Calelle de Palafrugell. Lovely historic building that has been resorted, keeping tradition in mind. A delicious authentic breakfast served on the garden terrace every morning. The staff were so friendly and supplied us with beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach. We love our stay here, it was perfect. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. Everything is at your fingertips here. We will be back. Thank you to the staff who made our stay special.

Lovely cozy hotel , perfectly located close to the beach and restaurants. Room and bed were clean and comfortable. Rick was very friendly and chatty. Breakfast in the garden was really enjoyable and plenty to eat and good coffee. We would highly recommended staying at Casa Calella

The church bells do ring on the quarter hour so if you’re a light sleeper bring ear plugs. Rick told us the locals voted to keep the bells.

Very nice and cosy place with a beautiful backyard where we had breakfast every morning. The hosts javier and Rick are fantastic! Very sweet and accommodating. A short walk to the beach so superb location. They also provide a beach umbrella which is sooo handy. Right next to the pharmacy and supermarket. Definitely coming back !

Rick and Javier were the perfect hosts! They really looked after us and gave us great advice about the area. They were always on hand in person or on WhatsApp when we had questions. The rooms were lovely and were cleaned every day. The breakfast was delicious with fresh local bread each morning. I left my shirt in the room when we checked out and they offered to post it for me, which I am very grateful for. I would highly recommend Hotel Casa Calella and would definitely return. :)

Cosy hotel / b & b. Staff lovely. Location central, only minutes to beach and restaurants. Great continental breakfast out in the garden each morning. Lovely seating area in garden if you wanted to relax in the afternoon or evening.

Would have liked kettle and cups in our room but no great problem. We were there late in season and no public transport so car hire might be handy. Plenty of beaches and walks kept us busy.

We loved everything about our stay! Location was perfect. The accommodation was welcoming, comfortable and the hosts were exactly what we were hoping for. We felt like we mattered and they cared about our experience. When we needed advice for what to do when the weather was unexpectedly bad, we were given amazing suggestions. We highly recommend staying at Hotel Casa Calella.
