The shuttle to the resorts is convenient. Clean rooms. Good location between Vail and Beaver Creek.
This brand new property has kinks to work out. It was not set up to accommodate the amount of people they had. Breakfast every morning was chaos and we went to a cafe instead. We stayed during a holiday and wouldn’t again due to the lack of organization that we haven’t experienced at other hotels. We weren’t able to check until after check in time due to rooms not being ready. This was frustrating given we were paying $600 a night. An additional $30 a night for parking in the middle of nowhere is price is price gouging! If we stayed here again it would not be over a holiday.

The view from the room was great. Everything in the hotel is new. Comfortable bed.
Unfortunately, we found yellow stains on the towel, it looked gross. Called and asked for new towels, no one said sorry for that. And during the check in , the woman that was helping us was very unprofessional and didn’t communicate with us normally. She needs a proper training in customer service.
