I have been visiting the Westin in Avon twice a year for the past seven years. It does not disappoint! It is quieter than staying in Vail. It is family and dog friendly, has a fantastic gym, outdoor pool and hot tub. I love that you can paddle board or walk around the tail at lake Nottingham. It is a great place to stay and will not disappoint!

The service at the pool was disappointing. Drinks and food service was very slow compared to previous years. New staff was not well trained.

Comfortable, incredibly nice staff and gorgeous rooms, easy parking, beautiful location and all ammenities- just a great getaway!!! Loved it!!!

The same thing with the Myar (sp ) restaurant Was looking forward to eating there We came to dine at 6Pm plenty of open tables but was told all the empty tables had reservations at 7 PM RIDICULOUS

it had a little market/grocery store inside and a Starbucks. the gym and spa seemed great but I couldn’t check it out because I had my kids with me. no babysitting service!!!

there’s a shuttle that goes to Beaver Creek village just once an hour so a pain to get to the village. the gondola they have only gets you to the Landing, not to the village so unless you have a lift ticket, you can’t get there via the gondola.

the spa is really high quality

lack of staff, restaurant was closed, Starbuck was closed, and no one adequately explained where our room was located so we wandered around all over looking for it

Our room was accessed through the basement. You literally enter through the parking lot, completely isolated from the hotel's facilities and amenities. Room service was never available. To order food, we had to take our car to the basement and drive to the front desk to request service there.
