It was a lovely hotel, with all the possibly desired amenities. There was a great selection of produce at breakfast. Extremely warm and helpful staff. Amazing location, close to all the sites in Orange. There is a restaurant that’s open for lunch and dinner which was a very nice and sure thing to have. Lastly, there was a huge jacuzzi in our bathroom fhay we sadly didn’t have time to use but it was a great option.

We had to change our room because it was quite humid and stuffy inside the first bedroom as it was quite facing an inner courtyard of sorts. The room we changed to was better, we were on the third floor, so we had plenty of fresh air. Towards the end of the stay there was a certain unexplained smell but I think perhaps there was a plumbing issue.

>My requests were taken care of upon arrival, which made me feel very welcome. >Room cleanliness top notch. >The team at reception, on breakfast and the restaurant were all friendly and attentive, creating a truly positive experience. >I also noticed that the minibar prices were very affordable, even though I didn’t use it. >The hotel’s very central location, right in the heart of Orange, was also a big plus. >Overall, excellent value for money and highly recommended.

>Breakfast could be improved a little, for example, the cake I tried lacked flavour. >The swimming pool also couldn’t really be used during my stay as it wasn’t clean enough for me, though I completely understand it’s hard to keep spotless on windy days. Neither of these points took away from my overall positive experience.

Exceptional stay, the hotel offers a great central location in a quiet square with lovely views on the beautiful hotel facade and the stunning surroundings especially from the balcony. Staff was extremely thoughtful and kind, always very attentive to our requests for a Birthday. Room was spacious, clean, well organised and the balcony was a great highlight. The swimming pool and lounge area was very cosy and a great way to spend time relaxing outside Overall, the hotel facilities were very nice including the restaurant and the decoration was outstanding

Loved most things, Two points I wish to make, There is no parking facility and they charge 17 euros to park inside the hotel basement. Breakfast was 17 euros each which was average. But apart from that it was a lovely room, such more than all the motorway hotels for less money and worth the extra

I arrived at 1200pm and left the next morning at 7.30, I’m not sure they had to charge me for parking.

This hotel was one of the best stays we had in Provence. The staff was outstanding and helped us in every way. They were very welcoming and always gave us their time to explain certain things and help us with directions to sights, restaurants and even the laundry mat. We were staying at this hotel to begin a cycling trip. The staff helped us understand some of the roads, and helped us find wonderful restaurants and our way around town. The staff went out of their way on numerous occasions for us, therefore, we extended our stay for a few more nights. We requested a quiet room and they delivered! We slept so well in the comfortable beds with perfect pillows and all the amenities you would need. The room was very spacious. The location is right in the centre of town close to all of the restaurants and short walk to the amphitheater. This hotel has a lovely pool, and hot tubs to lounge around. The front foyer has a lovely patio out front for a drink at the end of the day! I don’t think we have ever had such a wonderful reception from staff who are caring and will do their utmost to meet any request. Truly exceptional staff! Thank you to your wonderful team. We will be back!! :)

Everything was perfect.

Fantastic central location in this beautiful and historic city centre. Although the hotel parking was full, which they warned us of in advance, they operate an excellent system whereby you can unload in the little square outside the hotel, then they direct you to one of the many public car parks within a very short distance. Lovely room with access to a balcony at the front of the hotel. Great shower and lovely Occitane products. Lovely, smiley reception staff.

We may have been tardy in getting down to breakfast - just after 9am for a service that stops at 10am. I had to request cutlery as there was none on the table and was informed there was sugar on our table, which there wasn’t. The plastic handle of the toaster came away in my hand - it was a small domestic model almost hidden by the coffee machine, and unsuitable for heavy use. The girl attending muttered something about ‘they’d tried to mend it’. Chuck it out and replace it with something more suitable before someone gets hurt! Wasps were climbing over the open jam pots, which I flipped shut. Not a great choice of buffet and the breakfast service appears to suffer from a lack of attentive staff.

Everything was amazing, the feel of the place, big comfortable clean room, the pool , the location was so central to everything and most amazing bit was the people and staff. Big shoutout to Ethan the owner, who was so welcoming and really made our stay so lovely. We will be back! Merci Beaucoup!

Superb, efficient and friendly staff with good English and patient with my French! Secure, undercover garage (although not for a very wide or long car due to access alleyway) nearby. Central location for city walking and quiet pool. Nice bar with inside or outside tables. Excellent breakfast. Coffee, tea and kettle in room, a real treat in France!

Very nice room indeed. We were a little worried that it was on the ground floor looking out on to a public passage but it was quiet and shaded from the sun, and the air on was a huge bonus on the hottest night of the year to date. We appreciated the small swimming pool to cool off after a visit to the Roman theatre which is very close. The staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming- they are a fantastic team. Nice breakfast buffet, and well placed for local restaurants. Parking was essential and a member of staff kindly escorted us to the garage as it’s at a short distance.

The outside door to our room is alarmed and it kept going off, perhaps because of something we did to trigger it but we couldn’t see what we were doing wrong. Perhaps some clearer explanation could have avoided this.

We received a very warm welcome from the receptionist on arrival who was able to clearly explain the directions for the parking. The room was spacious and comfortable and in a delightful position overlooking the pool. A very comfortable bed made for an excellent night’s sleep. Breakfast in the morning was very good and it was lovely to be able to sit outside and enjoy the views. Thank you also for the opportunity to leave our car after departure so that we could explore Orange a little more before leaving. Would highly recommend this hotel and we will certainly be returning.
