The room was very nice. Had everything you would need. The view from the balcony was good. The property has two pools. plenty of space for your belongings. The bathroom was huge. Having a washer and dryer was a good bonus too. Being only 7 miles from Florida makes for a nice day trip.

The couch was uncomfortable. Could use a better shade on the bedroom door to the balcony. Did not like the fact you have to pay for parking. I think if you are staying at a property it should include parking. The contactless operations a little weird, not sure how some people may like that. The satellite TV of course would freeze up from time to time.

The apartment had everything we needed. It was like a home away from home.We had a view of the beach, and we could walk out of the apt. straight to the beach. Restaurants were close to so we didn't have to drive far.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like about the apt. The only thing I didn't like is that we had to drive back to Foley to go to a shopping mall.

I must have missed it but I was surprised by the parking fee of $45. I thought it was a bit excessive.

The location was beautiful and quiet! The beach was sparsely populated this time of year which was nice! The room was homey and very clean. We didn’t use much in the kitchen but it seemed well stocked and clean

The hall between the front of the building and the elevator was very dark. There was a light but it was very dim. This goes for any hotel/resort that does not have room service that they should take into account how many people are staying in the room and assume at least a wash rag a day. There was a washer/dryer in the room but seemed wasteful to do laundry for just washcloths but we had to do it

Everything! 💥💥 It is sooo clean and cozy … just like being home!! I slept so good as I felt safe and secure! This was my second time staying at your property … and I do plan to return again and again! The location is ideal … roads not so congested and easy to get around with all the amenities I need to satisfy my needs and wants! The beaches are clean with minimal people for pleasant sunbathing and relaxation! The pools are also immaculate and staff were very pleasant and attentive to our needs! I highly recommend your property to any of my friends and colleagues who are planning to visit the Gulf Shores area!!

My only complaint is that I am required to leave … I could live here!! 🏝️

My sister and I love the separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Both rooms had televisions and a very large balcony!!! Large common area, full kitchen and washer and dryer! (We are still talking about this condo!)

My sister had some sand in her bathroom but that was resolved as soon as we notified staff. Also the television in the common area wasn’t working… we tried over and over so we finally notified staff! Didn’t like that the property has a partial view of the beach. You all probably should state that in the advertising. Nevertheless, the walk to the beach was not bad at all!!!

Charming manicured surroundings, large comfortable nicely decorated rooms with a stellar spacious bathroom off master plus 1/2 bathroom across from kitchen with all the utensils. Ceiling fans in main area & bedroom. Lovely balcony with ocean views, perfect to drink coffee in the morning and watch brown pelicans fly by then swoop in the gulf. Beautiful pool & nice terry towels to use with swimming and easy access to the stunning white beach. Splendid location and Southern Grind Coffee Shop across the street plus several restaurants & seafood market minutes away. Recommend the Ruby Slipper for brunch (see picture) known for eggs Benedict. Close to Gulf State Park. Enjoyable experience and plan to stay there again only much longer next time!

Next time will learn ahead of time how to work the TVs as soon as I arrive there. I don’t watch much TV so it was not a big deal. There were directions with diagrams available although could not figure it out.

This unit exceeded my expectations! It was directly on the beach, clean, well kept and family friendly. The staff were only a text away with any questions we had. Umbrella and chair service were available through a company that covers multiple beaches for a reasonable price. My kids loved the pool and usually found a new friend to play with. The unit was spacious with a king sized bed plus pull out queen for the kids in the living room. It has 1.5 baths and the main bath is amazing! This property is older but very well kept and updated. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do other than stay on the beach all day! Zeke’s was a great treat for dinner to get a little dressed up. Southern Grind had excellent breakfast and is right across the street. Sweet Cone Alabama was our kid’s favorite for ice cream (Graham Cracker crunch was unexpectedly delicious!) We WILL be staying here again. Planned next year’s trip to the same unit on the way home! Don’t look anywhere else if you have young kids- best experience we’ve had as a family and we are happy to have this be “our spot” for the next several years for spring break!

This was our first family vacation to OB and it was exceptional! You will not be disappointed staying at Palm Beach. I feel like we found a hidden gem. Property is so cute, clean and in a great location!

Only complaint I have is our last night we were without water all night. I’m not sure if they ever found out what the cause of the entire property being without water was but the security guard said she left the pool open until the repair men got it fixed. That was nice of them but at that point we’d already taken baby wipes to clean up with. It was just extremely inconvenient after being on the beach for the 4th of July caked in sand. I understand things happen out of our control but wanted to share our experience! Other than that our experience was great! I do think to make your property a 10 you need to add an ice machine!

Location was incredible, right on the beach. Property had its own access to the beach, which was amazing. The condo was clean, comfortable, felt like home at the beach for my family. Restaurants, shops, and activities less than a five minute drive from the location. The bed was comfortable, property was quite in the evening, beautiful views of the beach from the balcony as well a great place to chill. We will definitely look to book at this location once more in the future.
