Everything—- its at par in every sense

This was our first time staying in a hotel in Lahore. We weren't really sure what to expect, but the experience exceeded our expectations and left a desire to come back again in the future. The staff was fantastic. From the first contact with the bellboy Farhan, to the Doorman Hamza, the interaction was amazing. Reaching up to the front desk and meeting Huma and Zain ul Abdeen was again a breath of fresh air. We did have a few maintenance issues, but it's not that issues happen, but how they respond to fixing those issues. The response was fabulous. Very quick, very efficient and painless. I have stayed in some world class hotels and resorts and I was very happy to see such an amazing hotel in Pakistan. Made us feel so proud. Thank you Nishat!

Our experience at this hotel has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The level of service exceeded all expectations, and every staff member we encountered was genuinely kind, helpful, and welcoming. When we arrived at the airport, the hotel’s driver was already waiting just outside, which meant no delays or confusion. He was incredibly polite, well-spoken, and made us feel comfortable and welcome from the moment we met him, a perfect first impression of the hotel. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, thanks to Asad and Husnian at the reception. They were professional, friendly, and made the whole process seamless and stress-free. Although we arrived at the hotel around 9:00 AM — well before the official 2:00 PM check-in time — Humma kindly arranged a room for us right away, so we didn’t have to wait. This thoughtful gesture made a big difference after our journey, and we’re truly grateful for her help. A special thank ti Zaineb and Mehtaab from housekeeping on the 8th floor, who were both exceptionally helpful and provided outstanding service . Overall, this has been a flawless experience. The warm hospitality, professionalism, and personal touches made us feel truly cared for. We’ll definitely be back — and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to others.

The breakfast options were a bit confusing....there is no need to serve Chinese, peri peri chicken, chicken ginger for breakfast. Felt like last night's dinner leftovers. Alternatives could be nihari, and pancakes and waffles bar which I missed as it's a child friendly option and breakfast must. Maybe visit Marriott Karachi and take notes from their breakfast buffet menu which is more appropriate, appealing and extensive Also very surprised to see that although celebrating mango festival, no mangoes or mango based dish served at breakfast!

From the moment we arrived, Duty Manager Huma made us feel genuinely welcome. She was not only incredibly helpful and professional but also showed a level of kindness and respect with grace that’s rare to find. You can immediately tell she’s been raised with strong values her manners, patience, and the way she interacts with guests are truly admirable. The hotel itself was amazing everything from check-in to check-out was flawless. The service, the ambiance, and the attention to detail were all top-notch. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority here, and it really shows. Huma went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and pleasant. She’s the kind of person who leaves a lasting impression, and honestly, many in the hospitality industry could learn a lot from her. Her presence alone elevated our entire experience.

I had an amazing stay at The Nishat Hotel, Johar Town, Lahore—a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and top-tier hospitality. Though it's far from the airport (45-60 min drive), their free shuttle service made it hassle-free. I was picked up in a Hyundai Staria, a spacious and comfortable ride, which was a great touch. The location is unbeatable, right next to Emporium Mall, offering easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. The grand lobby, smooth check-in, and warm hospitality set the tone for a premium stay. My room was spotless, modern, and super comfortable, with a plush bed and a spa-like rain shower. Breakfast at The Bistro was delicious, with a variety of options. The indoor heated pool & well-equipped gym were great additions, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure an exceptional experience. A bit on the premium side, but worth every penny. Highly recommended for both business & leisure travelers!

Initially, we encountered a few issues during our stay, but I must say that Ms. Huma truly went above and beyond in resolving everything. She handled the situation with utmost professionalism, empathy, and efficiency, ensuring that our concerns were addressed swiftly and effectively. Her excellent communication skills and calm demeanor made all the difference, and it's clear that she has a deep understanding of guest needs and service recovery. Thanks to Ms. Huma's efforts, what could have been a negative experience turned into a very positive one. Her approach to guest and complaint handling is something other staff members could certainly learn from. She not only solved the issues but did so in a manner that left us feeling valued and appreciated as guests. A big thank you to Ms. Huma once again for turning our experience around! We truly appreciate her dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction.

During my first stay, I booked four rooms under different names for myself, my friends, and family members. The cleaning staff regularly visited my room and my family's room, but we had to call the floor manager three to four times to address issues in my friends' rooms. Out of all the rooms, two needed special arrangements, and throughout this process, Mr Waqas played a supportive role, going out of his way to assist us efficiently, while the majority of the other staff members left much to be desired in their behavior. The reception staff at night behaved as if they were operating a 2-3-star hotel rather than a 5-star establishment. They wasted time and somewhat humiliated my family during check-in by insisting on obtaining permission from the person who made the payment that is me, even though the booking was under someone else's name and card keys had already been issued. The breakfast situation was particularly disappointing and definitely needs improvement. Upon checkout, Rizwan approached us, but we had already checked out by that time. The hotel's location is excellent, but some staff members at the reception do not handle clients well. However, dining in the room offers a much better quality of food compared to the breakfast. I hope I won't have to face these issues during my next stay.

Cleanliness of the hotel and the beauty of the hotel. But most importantly the convientency of the mall. The safety is also one of the reasons why we stay there.

Attitude from people answering the phones. I think they should be more patient and understand that we are calling long distance to arrange everything. Also no international 1800. number which makes it very hard to deal calling from long distance and not to mention very expensive when they put you on hold. I think there should be some piroty if customers are calling internationally.
