Breathtakingly Beautiful. A very hospitable staff. Would like to especially mention the following:- TONY (The singer who made our night in the Trout House Grill & Bar. Chef ROSHNI @ the Teppan for the most amazing experience. The Server that night (27th Jan) whose name I unfortunately can't recall was most wonderful. Singer Avinash Bhardwaj made our last breakfast enjoyable. The chef at All in all the experience was unforgettable.

Everything was perfect. If I could make a small suggestion:- After stepping out of the pool I wish we had some lounge chairs inside (as opposed to the 2 out in the cold) so as to relax .. enjoy some drinks etc..

Location, views of the mountain, Spa, service and care given by all the staff, quality and variety of food. Ragini, the guest relationship manager took special care of us. Also, Lokendra attended efficiently to all our special requests. Akhilesh the bar tender made refreshing drinks for us. Rajatawa and Sudeshna took special care of us during all meals. Thanks to Balbir and Mrityunjai for a wonderful trekking experience

Absolutely amazing stay - beautiful location away from the craziness of the town. A great place to enjoy the beauty and peace of Musoorie. The staff are amazing, they do everything possible to exceed your expectations at every point. A special thanks to manager Narendra for making our stay extra special. We’d had a few disappointing experiences at Marriott Jaipur and Chandigarh but our stay in Musoorie was 5*, thanks to him and his staff. We paid for a 90 minute massage on the first night in the spa which was incredible. Amazing experience. We ate at the hotel on every day we stayed - the breakfast was amazing and fresh. The dinner local thali was amazing too, many of the ingredients are locally sourced. We also loved the daily Kachodi with live music, snacks, games and food. If you have the chance, take a paid hike around the local area too, really interesting and beautiful.

The swimming pool could have been a bit warmer, it would also have been nice to use the jacuzzi for free.

The staff is excellent, always willing to help - with a smile; the food is also very good as is the location and facilities. Particularly loved the music and setting at the hi-tea area.

The changing rooms and steam/sauna facilities are small for the size of the property. Also, swimming trunks drying machine is missing, which is something the property should add.

Located away from the hustle and bustle of the main town. There is so much to do for everyone that you don’t need to leave the property

To be honest there is nothing that we didn’t like. The elevator wasn’t working or very slow or occupied most of the time. We do prefer the stairs though

Everything was excellent. Staff was very good and courteous. They attended to our needs with care and passion. Food at restaurants was good. Chinese food could be better. Kids really enjoyed entertainment zone and indoor swimming pool. Keep up the good work!!

Staff was superb starting with manager pratiksha , that was looking after us thru out the stay was so prompt and quick with all the request we asked for , staff in restaurant was excellent too sorry couldn’t catch couple of guys name there but they were excellent.

Tbh didn’t like the timing of pool and inside pool was so small sophisticated in that area , can’t even breath in there . Special been a summer we wur looking for lot of water activities unfortunately wasn’t much was going on in Goa that time as per safety reason . After spending day out was looking forward for swim but than find out outside 1 was close . Only thing that upset all of us other than that no doubt worth spending money to stay in grand Hyatt . Already recommended all my friends business colleagues and specially mentioned about pratiksha. Was excellent in everything

Would like to congratulate Akanksha, Narender and team at reception for their wonderful hospitality and understanding. Very efficient and courteous. Gave us a wonderful room with a great view. Food was exceptional - both italian and asian restaurants were par excellence. Evening snacks were a wonderful surprise. Breakfast spread was lavish. Lots of activities in the property kept us busy - bowling was fun; cricket was great. staff is super friendly and service oriented
