The hotel is located in a peaceful area, about a 15–20 minute walk from Mussoorie Mall Road. For those who love tranquility and want to relax close to nature, this hotel is an excellent choice. We had booked mountain view rooms, and the scenery from the room was truly mesmerizing. Loved the place—beautiful and quiet. The breakfast had a good variety, and the food was really delicious. Would love to visit this place again!

The small road leading to the hotel is not in good condition and is quite steep. However, apart from that, there’s nothing negative to say about this hotel.

Amazing food, efficient staff . Their dinner was very good and the rates were competitive.. The room was spacious, overlooks the jungle and was well maintained.Decent size gallery where you could sit and enjoy your evenings. Their breakfast buffet is amazing and has enough options. The property overlooks amazing forest and there is peace of mind.

The location is a bit off and there is a steep slope you have to go down to access the property .The road leading to the property was not well maintained and is wide enough just for one car.so.if some is coming off from the opposite side,you will be in a bit of a tight spot ,unless u know ur way around the slopes. I drove my car and it took me some time to get used to these slopes. Around 1 km from the mall road ,you cannot walk to the mall road because the road is under construction and it is full of dust...

There is nothing to dislike in this property, the staff is very cooperative, cleanliness is followed very thoroughly, food is good and cooked in house and the hotel has their own in house restaurant, the view is perfect, the location nearby is fantastic. If you are looking to have a beautiful and soothing stay in mussoorie, this is a must stay hotel 5/5

I was mesmerized by the location of the property. Surrounded by green lush valleys, a very peaceful place far from all the city chaos. The staff was very polite and helpful. They also provide a Hotel taxi for Mall Road. The food was also good. I'll recommend everyone to visit this property for sure.

Only the path to reach the hotel is quite bad. You struggle a lot to come back from the hotel because the road is very steep and not in good condition. If the responsible management looks into it then this issue can be sorted.

Breakfast was excellent with taste. All of the items were fresh and nicely cooked. Staff served breakfast very deligently. lunch and dinner was also good in taste. We are most happy. Property location also nice and cleaned. Property also include its own walking area for night and morning walk.

Newly visited person could get confused with some location point. Property owners can put some boards in nearby location too.

Located in a serene atmosphere away from the hustle bustle of the mall road, yet not very far away. View from the hotel is excellent. It has a wonderful lawn, where you can spend the whole day gazing the mountain range. Staffs are excellent. Food yummy. Value for money. Loved our stay.😊

The location, the staff and the breakfast was great. We had an amazing time at the hotel. They also provided early check in and drop service at checkout. Would definitely recommend the hotel.

The bed was a little small and an extra blackout curtain to cut-off sunlight in the morning would be the absolute best.

Improvement required on quality of food and more options

Location was the most plus point having valley & Himalayan view and most importantly silent side of massoorie ( not like mal road or other location ), food quality and variety at restaurant was also have positive side, provides facility for pick & drop to mal road, small garden area with maintained different flowering plants provides nice relaxing time.

- lift to reach 2nd floor not available, a temporary issue ( but bell boys were helpful enough ) - have to inform repeatedly to stop lift maintenance work even after 8 pm which keeps annoying. - need to repeatedly ask to provide basic room service lyk sugar, tea-coffee - restaurant incharge seems in hurry to call guests to finish timely job.

We had a really great stay. Our room had a beautiful view of the mountains and valley with great big windows and the side windows opened and had screens, so we left them open so we could breathe the beautiful fresh mountain air. The bed was so comfortable! The bathroom had good hot water, a blow dryer, and the room had a mini fridge, TV (not a smart TV) and a phone to call for service. Thank you to the chef for some of the best food ever! Room service was prompt and thoughtful, timing our starters and then bringing the main course after sometime. Breakfast was included in the rate and served downstairs with a view of the mountains. There was parking if you have a car or driver, though we rented a Royal Enfield for our stay. The hotel provides a free shuttle to mall road, but it has no timings and pickup was at 8:15pm which is too early. It should run till 9:00pm at least. The location is a little far from mall road, so you need the shuttle or a bike, but it was nice not to stay on Mall Road with all the honking and noise. We went out on the bike during the day to Kempty Falls and the bridge just below…a beautiful ride through the mountains. Another day, to the Company Gardens and then the Buddhist Monistery. Definitely go to the Monistery and walk up to the Buddha and then follow the paths into the clouds. It was awesome! Another day to Landour. At night we walked on Mall Road and ate in the restaurants and you can find cappuchino everywhere. We loved Mussoorie!

Shuttle pickup at night was too early compared to other properties that have 9:00pm last pickup. Yes, it’s a courtesy, but considering the property is some distance from Mall Road and competing properties have it, they should make it at least 9pm if not 10pm. We solved the problem by renting a bike. Bathroom could be cleaner with attention to the walls and corners. It would be nice if they added some books and decorations to the lobby. It’s a nice place to sit but nothing is there. Front desk could have some info on local attractions, a good local map and restaurant suggestions.
