The size of the room was super great, the view on Mussoorie and the valley was stunning. Breakfast included is a good stuff. Finally the location is great, central, close to Library Chowk and Clouds End, and not directly close to the traffic noise. I appreciated my stay and I definitely recommend Mayur Hotel.

-I discovered several long hair in my bed sheets... Happens. -It felt cold in the room - Mussoorie is cool at night. A warm duvet would have been welcome... -The water flow of shower was unstable, and hot/cold water mix sometimes tricky

- The bedsheets and towels weren't clean, had to ask for fresh pieces

Parking wasn’t available at property so I had to parked at Paid parking which cost Rs 1200 for two days

IThe magestic panoramic view from the room .staff was super supportive and helpful. Room ( 4 bed) super spacious . Lunch was scrumptious. Though little disappointed with Breakfast buffet ...no variety. Rest 100/ 💯 for staff, hotel and food . One suggestion: Please arrange car parking ...it is extremely expensive outside 500/- a day . 2. Lift is required.

Property location is very nice as location is just entering after the mall road entry. View from the hotel is so nice which is like full fill of nature hills. Staff is good food is good

Location is awesome and the best part is, the overall view from the hotel is beautiful. Be it Mall Road, Greenery etc.etc

Not much to share but I had the opportunity to meet the owner of the property and shared my observations for improvement which he happily acknowledged and assured to improve. Overall good first experience.

Very nice location very near to the mall road rooms are good with mountain View and neat and clean. Staff is good and helpful. Breakfast is good and tasty.

Room size, location, cost of food.

Surrounding sounds. Common gallery was crowded by neighboring room people. They drink and smoke in open gallery and the smoke and smell cause me throat chock. Also they were talking so loudly in common gallery till late night and thats why my family could not sleep.

DURING OUR STAY IN DEHRADUN I BOOKED USING MAKE MY TRIP, I PAYED USING NETBANKING, THE MONEY WAS DEDUCTED BUT THE ROOM WAS NOT BOOKED, WE HAD LOTS OF PROBLEM. BUT OUR STAY IN MUSSORIE WAS AWESOME, MADE MORE BEAUTIFUL BY OUR STAY IN HOTEL MAYUR. IT COST US SO LESS IN BOOKING.COM BUT THE ROOMS WERE SUPERB! THANK YOU BOOKING.COM. I LOVED MY STAY!

I LOVE BOOKING.COM, I HAD BOOKED MY HOTELS IN AGRA, KERALA, ANDAMAN, LUCKNOW USING BOOKING.COM. THIS TIME MADE A BIG MISTAKE, BOOKED MY HOTEL IN DEHRADUN USING MAKE MY TRIP. IT WAS VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! WHEN WE REACHED THE HOTEL WE FOUND THAT ROOMS WERE NOT BOOKED, MMT STOLE MY MONEY AND THEY DID NOT REFUND ME THE MONEY.
