First of all, the location of the hotel is about less than 50 meters away from the busy & noisy main street of Mussoorie!! This is something that ones would appreciate to have after a full day of busy & noisy town! The hotel staffs are genuinely & truly exceptional!! I must say all of them during my week of staying there went "above & beyond" my expectations! The nigh manager was particularly friendly & helpful. I inquired about an upgraded room which I was willing to pay for it if available, however, he informed the next morning that I got a free upgrade to a bigger room with excellent views of the hills!! The Foods & Beverages staffs were also extremely exceptional! They not only informed me in person of complimentary breakfast & afternoon coffee & tea but as soon as I got back to my room after a long day outside, they called and insisted me to have the complimentary coffees & teas. The day shift receptionists also helped me getting local taxis and even came out to help me finding the taxi at one time as well. All-in-all, the hotel staffs are truly exceptional in their service-oriented attitudes/mentalities!! Ellbee Hotel Mussoorie certainly is one of the hotel I can't recommend enough!!. It's genuinely exceptional!!!

There were a few really minor things that can be improved. The mini-fridge in my room wasn't working but then I was informed to put my medications that I need to keep refrigerated at the fridge in the lobby! The hairdryer in my room was somewhat confusing as sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't! And I experienced water-flow problem after my first night but the staffs fixed that immediately! Therefore there were some inconveniences there but I think that was totally acceptable as the problems were addressed and solved by the staffs!!

The location, the staff, the breakfast, the comfort. The wait staff were attentive, patient & were always willing to go the extra mile.

The hotel does not offer a card payment facility for which they need to have a wireless eftpos machine. They also do not offer plastic bottled water which is available in other hotels & needs to be bought from the market.

Breakfast had so many choices and was very good. The room was large with a view of the snow-capped mountains. The staff were courteous and sent help very quickly. There was a heater in the room, which was awesome seeing it was cold out. There was hot water even in the sink. The bathroom had a shower with closed in glass.

Hmm, can't even think of anything we didn't like.

Nothing everything is good..

It was a beautiful property with an amazing terrace and superb view. The breakfast spread is very delicious where they serve you amazing noodles, hot parathas and puris. The staff is friendly and helpful. The property is located bang on the mall road. Thank you for making our stay memorable

Due to traffic in and around the mall road, you won't be able to take your vehicle till the hotel premises. You may have to carry your luggage and walk about 200 meters to reach the hotel.

Hotel Hospitality

It was a nice experience while stay at Ell Bee hotel. Mind blowing hospitality service provided by hotel staff. Mr Rizwan was very helpful and informed us about all Hotel Complementary services. Breakfast and complementary tea snacks was amazing and mouthwatering.. Good job done by hotel all staff members. Good going Team

I stayed at Hotel Ellbee for four nights. It was a very good experience. The staff is very attentive and helped us promptly. Special thanks to Rizwan for always assisting us. They have a good breakfast spread and also provide a complimentary High tea. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a place to stay near Mall road.

Everyone were so helpful to assist us from check in to check out from the hotel. We really enjoyed Breakfast.and Serurity man Mr. Rawat was so helpful. Reception staff was so nice .and mr. Bisht from Houskeeping really did an amazing job on our anniversary ,he did nice set-up on the bed and was very polite to fulfill our needs. Highly recommended !

As a Hotelier myself ,it's not complaint please take it just a suggestion from my side.as I noticed during my stay, bedsheets and duvet cover had very dirty black and food stains. I understand the category of the hotel ,but I believe bed is the first impression of any hotel ,which creates satisfaction of the overall room conditions. Hope management will take it seriously.rest everything was fantastic in the hotel.

Room were spacious and international standard.Location was good and they gave us evening complementary tea and snacks.manager kulwinder was very helpful and down to earth.staff Roy and Mickey were supported and helpful to roam around. Very nice and comfortable stay at this property. Very polite and professional staff, You will see smiling faces everywhere. Evening snacks were very nice. Overall a very good experience.
