Perfect location at Mussoorie I had booked a 2 rooms for my parents and relatives. Category: Superior himlayan room Rooms were very spacious. Hotel is very beautiful and having so many rooms and quite a spacious area in the hotel to roam around. Like they are having open terrace to seat in the evening and one can enjoy the beautiful weather with live music. They also having bonfire and live music from evening till 11.00 pm I had booked a rooms with half board. And my parents really enjoyed food at the restaurant. Breakfast and dinner having range of food options. Best part of the hotel is the location. Excellent location with enough of parking space available. Because in mussoorie some hotels in mall roads don't have parking space for four wheelers also they don't allow your vehicle on mall road. But location of this hotel is such that mall road is at walkable distance. You can go and take a walk on the Mall road. Hotel is like on terrain so design of the hotel is such that 4 floors are in below ground and other floors are above ground giving a beautiful view and hierarchy from the rooms. Himalayan view rooms are the best with the beautiful view from the rooms. This hotel is a big hotel. And overall my parents had a very satisfactory stay at the hotel. Thank you Hotel vishnu palace.

Nothing as such

Great Hotel just a few minutes from Mall Road. Very professional staff and able to help you out anytime. Breakfast spread was amazing. Room spacious having amazing views to the valley. Hotel is huge with lots of room options. Special note: Last day of our stay our daughter was not well and the hotel staff went the extra mile to ensure that we helped. They sent one of their guys with us in the car to ensure that we were helped out on the route and at the hospital. Much appreciated.

The wifi was tricky. Need to give a user name and password which was ok but every time we go out and come in the same had to be repeated again and again which was annoying at times. Plus a cap on the GBs used.

It was comfortable stay at Vishnu Palace, location , staff, Food, Cleanliness, room service, view from the room. Everything was good and exceptional. It was over pleasant stay in mussoorie. Breakfast had good varieties, even the other meals we ordered at the hotel was really good. 💯 recommended 👌

The hotel staff was very helpful and polite, The view from the room was picture perfect. The location of this hotel is on the starting of Mall road and near to Library Chowk.

Everything was good, I noticed some dirt spots on the walls, else everything is good. One more suggestion, It will be good if they switch to a hand jet for flushing instead of a fixed jet in the commod.

The hotel is at best location just right next to Mall road, View is awesome from the window,Hotel and rooms are clean,They also provide Heater without additional charges in winter which other hotels don't.Buffet breakfast was also fine.

Taste of food could be better.

Lot of choices in breakfast. We were happy with the breakfast. The location was convenient. parking was available.Beautiful View from the superior himalayan view room.

Compared to the size of the superior himalayan view room, heater was inadequate.

Location,Room, Food, Service, everything one would expect in their trip is absolutely great. There is no restrictions of Mall road timings for vehicles. This is a great place with great hospitality.

Location is excellent. Both the breakfast and dinner was good and they may serve the alternative menu as per the choice and preference. However they are are providing only vegetarian food in their restaurants. The room provided by them through Booking.com was large and specious. Staffs are responsive and quick supportive. My suggestion is to provide the toiletries each days as per requirements.

They should have the facilities for breakfast packets for the early check out guests.

Good hotel, very well located with access and parking for your car. For local travel, suggest local taxi (albeit some bargaining) as best option.

High tariff for this room and amenities. Google map was misleading from the main junction.
