I initially looked for a place that is near to my testing center (SJC) and found this. I was skeptical because it doesn't seem like a hotel and I am so happy it wasn't. The security is tight, the place feels very homey than a standard hotel, there are cooking facilities, a garden, and a quiet place. I stayed here for 3 days of the exam, and it helped a lot that the place is nice so that I could relax. I PASSED and I will always consider staying at this place as one of my reasons why.

Very subjective but the beds were "springy". I like beds that don't sink as much. Hopefully, next time there are study/reading lights available as the lights were too warm and dim for reading.

Prolly one of the best places I had the pleasure to stay in and arguably the best accommodation in Manila. The accommodation is right in the middle of a bustling city but when entering, the compound feels like a different world altogether. With a beautiful garden, astoundingly clean facilities and a richly, but not obtrusively, decorated room and exterior halls, it was nothing short of luxury. The overall design was reminiscent of traditional filipiniana but elevated and given a modern touch, and one could easily imagine this place to have been in an old novel somewhere. I was also amazed at how different designs in architecture could so easily flow into and out of each other. It wasn't all aesthetic as well in that utilitywise the room was very large and comfortably furnished, and it's also pretty helpful that the area has almost everything you needed from restaurants to hospitals and shopping malls.

Its homey feel upon arrival with a modern but cozy twist on the guest rooms made us feel right at home. The staff were attentive and courteous from check-in up to check-out, delivering great service all throughout. The rooms are spacious and the WiFi service is excellent — it could work excellently as a temporary place to stay for work and leisure. The common areas are well-maintained for a 60s-era home and we loved the serene ambiance it provided us in the middle of this bustling slice of Quezon City. We had a great time resting and enjoying the peace provided by this property.

Beautiful garden and luxurious room. Professional staff and strong security. The rooms were very clean, large and with many facilities including fridge, cutleries, a safe and water boiler. Strong sense of privacy being kept with thick walls, a lot of lights in the room to adjust the lighting to have a romantic setting. Staff could help you 24/7 with a ring of a bell on the main hall. Great quality for its price too.

Everything was perfect, perhaps the location was a bit far from the main area but it has its own benefit of being able to stay in a quiet cozy area away from the busy hustle of central Manila.

what a find. away from the hustle and bustle of the city yet all the eateries and convenience stores around the corner. loved the garden as it felt like being at home . The deluxe balcony room - cannot fault its size , elegance and decor. Wifi excellent high speed for streaming and enjoying The bed was so comfortable and I had the best sleep so far on my month vacation . The staff are kind , courteous and always at hand. I was lucky enough to meet Carrie , the owner of. A kind, gracious and helpful lady. Thank you for the stay.

Excellent accommodation, main facilities are there. Feels very secure behind the gated entrance requiring security notice for entry and exit (very simple doorbell). The guys working there very friendly, very helpful. microwave and fridge in room. Bed, TV, shower, toilet. Very good value for money. Several food options nearby including a waltermart for groceries and a 24hr jollibee. I didn't use the ground and garden facilities but felt like a nice small escape from the nearby hustle and bustle

What a beautiful oasis in the middle of the city. Such a beautiful room and garden. The room is enormous, with an option of 2 single beds or one double. It has a kitchenette with full fridge, microwave and kettle. With green tea, coffee and water available. Bathroom is great and the shower is wonderful. I took the opportunity to sit in the garden with a cup of tea and watch the birds play. The owners and staff are so very friendly and helpful. I would also like to thank Carrie for the thoughtful gift she gave me as a momento of our stay in Manila. Loved this stay.

Really nice place to stay. Absolutely the best accommodation I had during my one month trip in Asia. Staff was really helpful and the owner was also really nice person. The location is not that far away from Chinatown and you can visit shops, restaurants and local market in walking distance. Shared kitchen was well equipped and the yard was really relaxing with all the nature. Thumbs up with this place!

It would have been nice to have a breakfast but it was not available. No big deal because there were several places nearby where to eat and good cooking facilities on the spot. The water flow in the shower could be little bit better.

We missed our flight in the middle of the night due to delay with baggage claim and baggage drop off. So we needed an accommodation urgently. To soften the stress we had at airport we opted to book hotel. Sadly we had to wait until check in time at 14 hours. But staff arranged a guest room to spend our time and have some sleep. They brought us coffee..the best staff ever! Then next day they took us to our booked room. What a beautiful room!! We spent lovely time here.

Nothing...all was perfect

I have stayed at hotels that are triple the price but New Manila Suites offers something beyond the lavishness that other hotels don’t have: a home. I stayed here with the mindset that I’ll celebrate New Year alone, but Ms. Carrie and Mr. Rick welcomed me such warmth that I got to celebrate and welcome 2025 with them with such a sumptuous feast and fireworks. I will certainly return. The staff were also extremely courteous and welcoming. The room was also very spacious and comfortable. To Ms. Carrie and Mr. Rick, if you ever read this, thanks for allowing me to celebrate the New Year with you. I really enjoyed the conversations, the food, and the warmth of your home.
