Amazing property, amazing rooms and amazing owners Mabel & Nancy :) I had a great and chill stay here and enjoyed my time and get to rest. The rooms are extremely comfy and clean and equipped with all you need. On the top floor they have a lovely rooftop with a chill area. And the owners are simply amazing and caring. The property does actually show the care these 2 women put in what they do. 100% recommended, I ll be back

Great place...stayed here for almost a month, after extending my stay twice....very nice hotel staff... I had very little problems here during my long stay...any issues I had were addressed promptly and politely... I would certainly be staying again if I visit Manila.

This is not thier fault...But, there is a bus that comes in the early morning time that honks their horn very loudly...I'm not sure why, probably for trash pickup or something...this was a constant annoyance during some mornings when I wanted to rest....Hopefully, hotel management can address this problem for future guest.

It's central, but not too central. A relatively safe and quiet neighbourhood, for Manila. The room was clean. You get what's in the pictures. That's about it.

A bit hit and miss with the WiFi. Not sure why, but every now again the signal disappeared. Not much of an issue really, unless you're working and in need of complete stability.

The place was accessible, me and my girlfriend loved it. We could easily hail for a cab and other transportation for commuting. The staff were very hospitable, and accommodating. In my next visit id still stay here. its an 11/10 for me. Complete amenities for an affordable price. they even have a lift! offers free drinking purified water, hot and cold shower. mini fridge, microwave,all appliances are working perfectly and they also lend some eating utensils. amazing!!!

Great staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, staff is helpful and accommodating, close conveniences like restaurants and stores within walking distance from hotel.

The place is so peaceful and clean. Even the staff is so kind and accommodating. She patiently waiting for us to arrived even at late at night. She even gave us pitcher of water since it was really late and we won’t be able to go out. I would like to recommend this place, very clean and everything you need is there. Keep it up guys!!

The place is not visible on maps. The taxi grabs struggling in finding us. Location is far from the airport and center where you can tour manila.

Loved how clean it was! Location is top and Reception service was great. They provide a pitcher of water to your room upon arrival. I was unable to take advantage of the pool since I was busy but I'll save that for next time. I would definitely stay here every time I'm in the heart of Manila.

It was one of the best I've been to. The staff have great personalities and welcoming. The room was clean and complete with useful appliances like hairdryer, fridge, microwave oven, heater, etc. and complete with dining area and sink.

My husband and I recently used this facility for 2 weeks and we're very much satisfied. It was just perfect for our needs. The facility is clean, well maintained and safe. The staff is friendly and accommodating.
