The quality was fine for the money. Actually, it was good value. Also, the neighbourhood is interesting. It was a little intimidating at first glance but everyone is very friendly and there is a certain magic about it, which I couldn't find in places like Makati or BGC that are just skyscrapers and tourist traps.

There was a small confrontation when i extended my stay about having to move rooms, which was unnecessary. But it was resolved quickly. But still unnecessary... the young staff are friendly but need more training with regards to communication and a little more common sense.

Really friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, everything you need for a short stopover in Manila. They also have a small selection of drinks and snacks for sale a reception which is an added bonus. I would stay again. Also, 30 second walk from shopping mall.

We had a room facing the front street so it was quite loud at night. The air conditioning works however it is extremely loud when running. Fortunately, the air con actually covered up a lot of the noise from outside so it was not bad.

This stay was good value for money! We are on a tight budget and not many places we’re as affordable as here for the quality you get. The room was comfortable enough and really clean when we arrived. There are 7/11s 5 mins away and a big mall with food stalls and a cinema just round the corner. They also sell snacks and drinks downstairs which is handy and have a 24 hour reception so if you arrive in the early hours of the morning you will be able to access the property too.

The pillows were a little flat and the bed could do with a second additional one. The aircon machine was very loud and not as effective as the newer ones but this didn’t bother us too much! The location is not where western tourists normally stay so many people in the street were very interested in us walking down the road everyday and taxis to main areas do take a little while. They didn’t offer to clean the room or change the bedding towels etc but this may have been something we needed to ask for. Overall good value for the money we spent though, thank you for our stay :)

It staff are friendly and very accommodating to the guest, room service is fast rooms are very good and clean. the manager is very attentive to my inquiries. the entire hotel is you will feel at ease.

location maybe because I do difficulties in booking grab car.so I suggest that maybe they can include that on their special service. but the location is near at SM sat mesa, banks and mini-stores are near .also the LRT , but people around street near the hotel are nice and good.

Staff is very friendly and Sulit Hotel has everything you need on daily basis. Nice decor and the mall is very near.

The rooms could have been cleaned better since there were bugs and spiders but everything else was nice!

Location is very central, near SM Sta. Mesa and V. Mapa station. Room is big and i requested for a queensized bed and they provided it to me. Because i really liked the hotel and its location, my 2nights stay got extended to 6nights!

I stayed on the 5th floor, the bldg does not have elevators. But it's okay, the journey up and down the stairs was my daily exercise as the water boiler and oven were on the groundfloor (to be shared with other guests, which is fine).

Oh , with me , go to travel more nation , hotel is friendly and near Filipino citizens, afternoons we will see the men play basketball outside . Other nations , when you come , you need download grab for move . If nextime, I will come again ! Smart traveler !

Very good staff. Clean hotel. Large room. WiFi. Price is ok front other places Staff really polities. General i enjoy one area like 200 years back.

Air conditioning very old and too much noise. Area was dirty and everywhere mosquito. So hot area. Lobby no comfortable to seat. Garden table and chairs in the lobby. No one chair out for smoking. No hot water in the room. Very old furniture with damage. Too much steps. No lift.

The hotel is located in a very nice residential area. We always felt very safe and it was wonderful to escape the noise of the city. We had only planned to stay 3 nights but we stayed 4. Right next door is a large shopping center with everything you need. As always in the Philippines, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It was definitely our best hotel in Manila. Thank you very much.

Wifi was not the best.

Option for breakfast (extra cost). Small range of snacks onsite. Nearby to big mall for shopping and food. Easy check in and check out, 24hr reception made a super early check out easy!

500peso deposit incase any stains or damage. Loud aircon. No lift, fine for us, but some could struggle walking the many flights of stairs with bags. Luggage storage just a sofa in the main lobby.
