It was a little bit noisy since it is near the public market but still tolerable, and Water supply is a bit slow flowing but can manage.

Very convenient location when you arrive at 3am from Batad by Ohayami bus. The station is a 5min walk, we felt safe on the way. Staff was nice, room clean and quiet, despise the noise outside we were able to sleep well.

The family room is very spacious and clean.

The downside is no phone to contact the reception if you need to ask something. Need to go up and down and there is no elevator also but there is porter to carry your luggage.It is near the roadside and very noisy.

The staff are very accommodating with my queries and requests, especially to Ms. Lorna. The kitchen likewise accommodated our requests for an early breakfast so my daughter would not be late for her exam. Over-all, the staff, the room and the location are all good.
