There are multiple aspects of this hotel that exceeded our expectation. From the moment you drive into the facility, it is clear why many people stay here. The reception were accommodating and provided clear key information for our three nights stay. The room was spacious and relax being on the 20th floor of the building. The facilities from the bathrooms to the pool were top-notch. I booked two rooms for my family of seven and it was nice that they placed us next to each other so that it was easy to go back-and-forth. The location was also a plus as it was directly across the road from SM San Lorenzo and we were escorted by the security/police across the road every time we went past and came back. We all felt safe with all the security measures that the hotel provide provided. The food in the hotel was amazing and breakfast was next level with many options and varieties each day. It was convenient to go from our hotel room downstairs and have breakfast before preparing for a big day out. One thing to note, you are booking via Booking.com, the breakfast is only for two main guests per room. There is an additional charge for the buffet breakfast if you have additional children but it is definitely worth it! We really enjoyed our stay! Breakfast is Average not so delicious. But all staff in the Copa de Manila are very Professional and Friendly. We have a Lunch there with my Friends 6 of us. we order Kare Kare too Hard and Chewy, Pancit Malabon The worst pancit that i ever taste,inihaw na liempo with fish too much vinegar.the one that really good is the Sisig.The check in why we need to wait until 1:30 pm to be accomodate.like Balikbayan that come straight from the Airport will arrive at your Hotel about 7am and wait 6 hours before we are accomodate.Thank you.

The hotel is over all a very nice hotel. Right across the street is a mall where you can get everything from massage to a hammer. Staff is fine, we didn't have much communication with desk staff, but we felt very welcome at the pool bar. The hotel is very clean.

The breakfast was "OK" - I am used to more variety and I need to know what is in the food I'm going to eat, but there were no such information given. Of course I could have asked.. The rooms are not at all soundproof, when the vacumer was on outside the door it felt like it was inside the room. Somewhere near our room people were having fun, wich is good for them, but we couldn't sleep due to all the noise that we heard over to our room.

The property is immaculate and very clean, there’s have good security everywhere which is very good for us. Bed is very comfortable with city view

The room is too cold with full air conditioning on even tho we have adjusted the room temperature but still very cold. The facilities such as sugar, coffee sachets is not enough, no milk and no tea bag sachet in the room, we hoping the management property at the hotel considering to put good quality coffee and tea bag in the room hotel. We stayed for two nights, first day we have hot water in the bathroom but the second days no hot water in the bathroom. We tried to figure out maybe the housekeeping turn off the hit after cleaning still can’t find out how to turn on the hot water system. So I have showered with cold water.

Nice and accessibility . I would recommend the concierge staff are very especially shout out to one employee. His name is Mark Arce he is very heplful and well - mannered. I have some problem with my booking he is the only one who have time to help me. I hope everyone is like wsp. For me a senior .

Nothing no bad experience

Joel, and his team Patrick, Luke Kenneth, provided great service and seemed to take that extra bit of care to ensure all our luggage was secure and well managed. The pool staff, particularly the lifeguard did a great job ensuring the amenity of the area and safety of everyone in the pool. This was the second time within 3 weeks that we stayed here. having a major shopping mall across the road is very convenient. Happy to recommend this hotel

breakfast was very ordinary and seemed disorganised. If breakfast can be disorganised then this is the amusing and consistent standard that has been adopted. We stopped counting the number of times an apology was offered for minor things.

The breakfast is fantastic. They have a wide choices of food.

The staffs in the pool area was quite rude, can be trained more. They act like they own the hotel. I can’t say anything bad from the receptionist, housekeeping and the waiter from the buffet area. They exceeded my expectations.

Beautiful hotel, great staff, very clean, perfectly situated across the street from SM Mall San Lazaro. It's our new "go to" hotel while holidaying in the Philippines. We love it.

The staff were super friendly and catered to our needs. The location of the resort is in front of a major shopping mall as well as connected to a casino if you enjoy gambling (which we didn't do) The rooms had enough space, and plenty of security so you feel safe.

The staff were really friendly, attentive and met our every need (the security guards, the bell boys, the receptionists, the cleaners, the waiters, the room service attendants). Thank you for making our stay comfortable. The buffet breakfast was great (it would be good to see some rotation in the menu). The cafe style coffee was yummy and worth the extra cost, although some of the waiters make coffee better than others (Kris' coffee was the best :)). The room service food was also great, the sinigang was delicious and the cost was reasonable. The facilities are also great with a pool, gym, spa (although closed) and live band performing at the bar and the whole building stayed nice and cool throughout the day.

We found a few small bugs on our first room the executive suite, but I was willing to forgive this given the location and difficulty to keep it 100% bug free. Our second room had no bugs.
