Rate in Booking.com didn't mention that the tax were not included and has to pay separately in the hotel.

Toilet and shower was separated, so it was comfortable! And the location was wonderful. We have a convenience store down stairs and jolibee near also we have a station near.
It was hard to find this hotel cuz there was no panel of this hotel name.

The location is very accessible to everything you need. The staff is nice and very considerate to my requests. There is also a guard 24/7 in the building. Makes you feel safe.
They let me check in with dirty pillow with no pillow case. And the air conditioner is too old, and leaking water on the floor. The lights is incomplete, there is no light near the lavatory.

Close to the mall, lrt and jeepney. Good hotel for the price
The wifi doesnt reach inside the room we have to open the door and stay by the door to use it but the internet is good.

Ambilis po ng wifi. Good for working and student narin staying for a short period. Ang bait nila kuya gaurd at staff. This is my first time and it is well spent.

Rooms are big and clean. The price i paid is worth it. Near the commercial establishment so no need to worry if you need to buy food. Staff are friendly and accomodating. Will definitely come back and invite my friends to reserve at Dechmark.

We spent one night here😊, I must say that the place was really nice and comportable😮, the location is great because it is near at the lrt station👍, the staff are approachable and helpful😍, we do recommend this hotel and i think this review will help you to make the right choice.👌👌👌
