The location is easy to access and has close proximity to St Jude. I wasn't the lead guest, but my daughter, who took her LET at St. Jude College. The hotel is clean, the rooms, the toilets. There's no foul smell anywhere. So many tapsihan, parisan etc. around to get a bite of you need to.

Everything is small, starting with the elevators. The room was very compact. Teenie tiny room. Kinda clustered, in my opinion. The hot shower is old school.

I did not personally visit the hotel, but the guests I booked it for praised the staff for their amenity and friendliness. They also said that the rooms were clean and their stay was a pleasant one.

Thin walls - sometimes you can hear people talking in the adjacent rooms. Some of the rooms barely have windows - it's not a big deal if you're only spending the night there, but keep it in mind.

We asked for fresh towels and was told we had too wait until the next day for them which we wasn't really happy about , also toilet in one off the rooms was broken...

The hotel provided a delightful experience with its exceptional and smooth service, characterized by the warm and accommodating attitude of the staff, coupled with a comfortable room.

The bathroom is satisfactory, decent but not outstanding; improvements could be made to the heater and shower.

Very convenient location and had parking. Place was very comfortable too. Staff was very nice and polite

Not really an issue but we got a family room and the size of it was still somehow a bit small for us.

I liked how they accommodated us even we arrived very late at night. The room was so clean and the bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was so tidy and the staffs were very respectful.

They only served champorado for breakfast. The room description said that it has a balcony. But the balcony they were talking about was the space outside the glass window that secures the aircondition and there was no door to access that said balcony.

Strategic location, linen was very good, there was luggage storage.

The tv wasn't working, also the mini ref. It would be good if they put a screen in the toilet's window.

Staff is always very nice when we visit. It's a regular stop over as family is so near.

Booking.com added the +1 day as I was searching and I made reservation unknowingly for wrong day. Hotel was nice enough to let me use the app to purchase another day but Booking.com refund process is difficult. They need to make this a more trusted process. Hotel was so accommodating that we just kept 4 rooms a 2nd day.

The staff were extremely helpful and nice, and even kind. The location was near where i needed to go, and they guided me there.

The Breakfast was awful. It was in the deal, but awful. Congee only every day. So sad because everything else was really good here
