This place is a gem! Perfectly located right by the beach—literally just steps away. And what a beach it is! Soft, golden sand, turquoise water, and a gentle slope into the sea, making it ideal also for kids and older folks alike I guess. No steep descents here, just smooth, sandy bliss. A little heads-up, though: mornings can turn into a musical chairs battle for sun loungers. If you want to secure your spot, mark your territory early with a bag or sth personal—it’s the unofficial rule! The beach bar serves great drinks at reasonable prices. The rooms are lovely—clean, stylish, and equipped with quiet air conditioning (bless!) Daily housekeeping keeps everything spotless, and there’s even a charming evening turn-down service with a sweet little surprise left for you. The real highlight, though, is the staff. I’ve stayed in fancier, pricier places, and the service here still beats them all. Everyone is friendly, professional, and fluent in English. Honestly, the team at Villa Caemilla deserves a standing ovation.

Breakfasts included in the stay could use some improvement. You’re only allowed one drink—tea or juice or milk.. I mean, come on, who doesn’t want to sip a tea and enjoy a fresh juice with their waffle? Breakfast included in the stay won’t exactly satisfy the biggest foodies out there—it’s on the smaller side, and any extra whim, like extra slices of bread, gets meticulously added to your bill. (Seriously, is the hotel manager a long-lost descendant of Phoenician merchants?) The hairdryer has the power of a passing fly’s breeze and gives up after about 1.5 minutes. They should be replaced for sure.

The room was really small and the window looked out on to a hall way. It must be always closed, the room was dark and too expensive. Breskfast wasn’t a buffet and also expensive

The hotel is located at the end of the quieter section of the main beach- Station 3. I think this is perfect area if you are a couple or want to be quieter. Station 2 and 1 are busier but do have a lot more options for food and activities. You'd need to walk 10 mins to get to the main section. The staff were super nice and always available Food was excellent and loved how they were flexible to cater to our food preferences The provide you with a towel for the beach Spacious shower

The room felt a little small including the bed for the price we paid but then again Boracay is the most expensive Island; so I just didn't know if it was truly value for money when it comes to the room and location

Absolutely everything, most of all each and every single staff member!! The place is in such a perfect location amazing 24/7 But the staff and owners, I cannot thank them deeply enough for Elli and I and the way we were looked after and the laughs we had with them all. I have never felt so home anywhere in the world on holiday before. I cannot thank everyone there enough. The food was amazing the drinks were amazing!! The music they had was perfect. We can not wait to return for another trip!!!

Most of all I would like to note the location of the property and the staff. There is wide beach strip with nice sand, good sea with a quick entry into the depths and then not too deep. There are not many people on the territory. And at the same time not too far from restaurants and other activities. I would also like to note celebration of the New Year.

The room and the view from the window. At first I thought they made a mistake and gave us the wrong type of room. You don't really expect a view of a construction site with empty alcohol bottles scattered around from your balcony on holidays. Lack of towels. They left us only 3 towels for 2 people. We asked for more towels, but the staff only gave us one floor towel. Unpleasant smell of dampness from the carpet in the room. Quality of towels and bed linen. It is very noticeable that the linen is very worn out. Lack of sun loungers on the beach.

I would give 10 stars if I could. This the perfect exemple of a well managed and delivered hospitality/tourism business. The service is just perfect, the food is good, you have the beach right in front of the accomodation. I have 0 things to complain about, literally. If we'll come in Boracay again, for sure will choose their service again. Pro tip: ask the barman to make you a Basil Smah and request to add kaffir or lemongrass to it. It is something you should experience. Also, strongly recommend to get their airport transfer service. The location was on the quiet side of the beach. We stayed here for some peace and quiet and definitely exceeded our expectation. The restaurant also serves some good food

The location was a little far to where most of the thing are but is near the port. It takes a while to walk from the highway to the resort itself, it might be better if there was a shuttle from the highway to the resort (or atleast at the end of the alleyway on Sitio Angol)

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the staff at Villa Caemilla for the best vacation I have ever had! This place is absolutely amazing. First and foremost, the hotel has direct access to the beach – it’s not just on the first beachfront line, the hotel is literally on the beach. Located at Station 3, it’s incredibly peaceful, with no noise or parties. In the evenings, there’s often live, unobtrusive music playing, adding a special touch to the atmosphere. What truly sets this hotel apart is the incredible staff. From the moment I arrived, I was given a free upgrade from a standard room to a more spacious one, just upon request! During my trip, the zipper on my suitcase broke, and it could have resulted in a costly purchase of a new one. But the staff (Mark, thank you so much!!) fixed the zipper, making the suitcase as good as new! The entire team is incredibly helpful and always ready to lend a hand in any situation – 11 out of 10 times! :) I highly recommend this hotel, not only for its outstanding service but also because the price is very reasonable. If you’re looking for accommodation on the island, you’ll quickly realize that the price here is very fair, and the care you’ll receive from the staff will make you want to come back again.

Everything was perfect!

Excellent, we will definitely stay here again. The atmosphere in the restaurant was like in a luxury hotel. In the evening the acoustic performance fit perfectly with the tone of the seating area. Location was walking distance from station two but also far enough away to avoid the noise from station 2. The staff were great, always smiling and genuinely seemed happy to be there. The daily cookies that housekeeping brought to the room were delicious. The welcome drink was so good, I ordered the same drink another three times.

The sea at station 3 was a little bit rough as it was the monsoon season, but generally the weather was good between 10am and 4pm. Also, it was easy to take a Tuktuk(tricycle) to Ilig-Iligan beach or Bulabog beach. You just have to make sure that it is high tide at Bulabog so that you have enough water for swimming.

What a wonderful find! I've travelled to many beachside destinations, including Boracay in previous years, and this hotel really combines great value, absolute beach frontage location (my kids counted...you're about 13 big steps to the water!), and a quiet and relaxed area of the island that is both family friendly and away from the hustle and tourist traps of Station 2. But, once ready for a little shopping or food, it's all a short walk away. The staff were incredible, getting to know our kids by name and even our coffee orders. The family room was generous and huge, easily accommodating our large family (we booked 2 rooms to accomodate iur family of 6), and my favourite was sitting on the balcony enjoying the view of the family room. Lastly, if you're used to a decent espresso, these guys have you covered. The breakfasts are also generous,, highly recommend adding this for fuss free mornings. Thank you so much to the team for a heart-warming stay. We didn't want to leave and look forward to returning!

Nothing! Though my expectations were exceeded, I also appreciate this is an island hotel and a remote location, so best not to expect pristine, polished everything. It has a great charm and rustic vibe with plenty of modern touches - and arguably one of the best hotels on the island.
