Nice overall stay with good breakfast and nice pool and spa. The room was spacious and even though I didn't use the jacuzzi tub, it was a unique feature. The room was clean and had the amenities I needed - fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker and plenty of room. There wasn't much around the hotel but right on the other side of the freeway was plenty of food and shopping.

The gym was really sad. Equipment was old and limited. Spending $1,500-$2,000 for a treadmill and another updated piece of equipment would make all the difference in the world. It really felt like an after thought. Fortunately, the pool and hot tub made up for it.

We stayed here on July 14th. We had a room with two queen beds. The room was good-sized and very quiet. The hotel is located about 12 minutes from the airport. Since we had an early flight, we weren't able to take advantage of the breakfast.

The hotel has outdoor bright lighting to light up the hotel. The curtains are not dark enough, and since we were on the first floor, it was as though a light was on in our room all night The lighting situation inside the room could be much better. The hotel really abides by their 3:00 check-in . We arrived about 10 minutes before check-in time, and there we people sitting in the lobby waiting. At exactly 3:00, the lone desk clerk started checking guests in. The process was quite slow.

EVERY aspect of our stay was wonderful!!! ALL the staff were wonderful, friendly. The room was extremely clean. I loved that there are 2 large, separate sink stations in the bathroom area. We even used the jacuzzi tub and it was great. The bathrooms were immaculate clean and looked updated. The thermostat worked and the system was quiet. The lobby area is so comfortable, large and tastefully decorated. The area is very clean, right off of I-90, but very quiet. We never heard any other guests when we were in our room and the hotel was busy. There's a gas station, convenience store and restaurant within walking distance. It's newer construction and very nice. We felt very safe here. The mountain view is beautiful. Breakfast was the usual, waffles, eggs, sausage, cereals, sweet breads and fruit. The eggs and sausage actually tasted really good and were hot and the breakfast area was very clean and plentiful 30 minutes before closing. about 10 minutes, easy drive to the airport. Amazing value for the price. All the recent good reviews are accurate!

We only stayed one night. Wished we could have stayed longer and didn't get to use the pool area. There is not an elevator, but we requested a first floor room, and it was ready for us when we arrived as planned.

This hotel was fantastic. It’s a small little hotel that gives the feeling of an inn. The rooms were very clean and you could see and smell the evidence of them cleaning right when we walked in. We stayed with our two young kids and it was perfect. The Story Mill park is just a couple of minutes away and is one of the best parks we’ve been too. We also ate at Montane Ale, which is a short drive from the hotel and it was SO GOOD. Sometimes I’m a little hesitant to stay at a hotel that isn’t a brand name because of the unknown, but I’m so glad we did. Stay here!!!

Very clean but most of all the staff is exceptional. We had a car fire which hurt our little service dog and she was hospitalized there at the emergency vet next door. Your staff was so helpful and caring. This was the very best experience we’ve ever had at any hotel. And my husband travels for work so he stays in hotels a lot. Lydia is the most caring, helpful and sweet lady. She was always there. Working so hard but always smiling and helpful. She is one exceptional employee. Thank you for a perfect stay. We will only use this hotel when we’re in Bozeman. Thank you

Clean, very nice surroundings Such a beautiful mountain cabin look and feel and so very clean.

Perfect ski lodge style hotel. Spacious room/suite. Large, cosy lobby with real flame gas fire burning pretty much 24/7. Lovely and warm even though it was sub-zero outside and snowing. Breakfast was simple self serve, but all fresh, continually replenished, constantly being checked and wiped down. Coffee on tap throughout breakfast sitting (6am-9am). Iced water, boiling water and teabags available 24/7. Coffee machine using ‘coffee bags’ in room for out of hours. Free cookies and fruit in reception. Friendly and helpful staff. Mountain view from our room - with the dryness and clarity of the Montana air they looked close enough to touch. Plenty of parking. Easy 15 minutes drive from the airport, and just as easy 10 minute drive to central Bozeman or the University. Pool and hot tub open from early in the morning until late at night - come and go as you please, free towels provided in the pool, shower and bathroom to the side of the pool, seating at small tables or on loungers. In all, a perfect hotel for an overnight or longer stay (we stayed for a week). Would highly recommend.

A couple of ceramic mugs in the room would have been nice, rather than paper or plastic ones that were provided. Also the same for breakfast - being from the UK we were surprised to find that breakfast was served on paper plates, that the cutlery was single use plastic, and the cups were paper or plastic. However these were minor issues that didn’t in any way detract from what is otherwise a great hotel.

The one (king) bedroom suite with living room and full kitchen is bigger than our adult kid's apartment. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything worked. The staff were outstanding: professional, effective and friendly. Other than the occasional and very loud snow plow, we did not experience the noise from outside or neighboring guests that others have commented on. I had called in a request for a quiet room and noted that an upper floor unit was OK with us prior to check-in. That is what we got. The compromise made for quiet nights and restful sleep was climbing two flights of stairs, a win-win for our health and well-being!

The price was at the high end of our budget, but we were glad we sprung for it.

Clean room, all day amazing coffee, longer breakfast hours which was a real plus very close to campus and best yet LOVED the trains that entertained us as they literally passed in front of the hotel.... made of game out of "what was in the closed train cars?". Noise was NOT an issue (aka the scene in My Cousin Vinny- LOL!!) We did not use the pool facilities but they were immaculate and no harsh chlorine smells filling hotel lobby as in other hotels.

Needs more table lights - if the window curtains closed it was too dark in room to do any work Towels did not dry quickly enough even after being hung up they were very damp - especially hand towels at sink

Honestly, I was disappointed with Booking. I was told I had a free upgrade to a suite with a tub and fireplace which cemented my reservation. It sounded very nice after a long day of travel. When I showed up, they told me that was not available to me since I had a pet. I indicated I was travelling with a pet when making the reservation so Booking should have caught this. I doubt it was the intent but it felt like a bait and switch and was simply a bummer after a long day.

the staff was super friendly, they provided us with maps and places to see and how to get there. The location was perfect, easy to access the interstate and to get into town. We were informed of a great place to eat in town, but right next door was also great. We went there to eat and the next day went downtown to the other place they recommended, both excellent. Quiet, yet just minutes away from all the action.

Can't think of thing, maybe fix the jets in the hot tub. Some were operational, but not all.
