Staff was polite and courteous; room was quiet and view from room of the Avila mountain was fantastic. Water pressure in bathroom was strong despite being on a 17th floor. Location was convenient, withing walking distance of Chacaíto commercial area, but a fairly long walk, about 2/3 mile. The Chacao neighborhood straight across the Miranda Avenue.

Parking was cumbersome; my vehicle was too heavy for the car elevator and had to park downstairs where vehicle was more exposed and had to be moved frequently out of the way. Limited breakfast menu but offering was good. Air conditioning failed the 7th night; I was quickly moved to another room with no fuss and staff help.

The staff was friendly and very accommodating they made our stay enjoyable by giving us a city view suite as well as directions and suggestions where to eat and how to get to very interesting places , I truly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience Caracas as a great destination

They could do a better by updating the gym’s equipment.

Excellent location, close to everything and the area feels safe. Staff is polite and friendly and they always try to make sure you feel as good as possible. I loved that they have an expresso machine available for breakfast

I couldn't order any beverages as the refrigerator was broken so they didn't offer beverage service to the room, I was thirsty and I already drank the water bottles included in the room. Thankfully the staff directed me to the ice machine so I grabbed some ice and could drink Ice cold water.

Breakfast was really yummy with lots of options to choose from. Staff were quite friendly and helpful Lovely sights of Avila mount Wonderful location with easy access to buses, tube, taxis etc. Lively area with lots of shops around.

WiFi connection was really poor Lobby area needs a bit more of embellishment to make it a bit bigger and cosier, first impressions count.

The location is perfect, the room was comfortable and clean.

The breakfast was fine, my only complaint is they sure make the arepas and empanadas better. They were pretty hard to eat them. Also in the bathroom they should have something soap holder.

Very safe neighborhood, delicious food options, clean and well kept hotel and hotel rooms. Delicious breakfast. Beautiful view from the hotel room and warm shower. Very comfortable bed and pillows were perfect.

This was a fantastic hotel within the Chacao area of Caracas. This hotel was within a safe area of Caracas and I would highly recommend staying here. I had no issues with my room, great bathroom and the temperature control of the showers was spectacular, one of the best showers I have used within a hotel to date, compared to all of the hotels I have stayed in all over the world. The staff were really nice, pleasant and more than happy to help with any queries or issues. Good views of Caracas from the hotel rooms! If anyone ever wants to stay in Caracas, I would recommend staying here. Caracas, as a city exceeded my expectations and I actually felt Caracas was safer compared to Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo in Brazil. I had no issues with the hotel or the area which the hotel was in. The hotel exceeded my expectations and because I had a great experience, I cannot think of anything which was really an issue for me.

The breakfast was great, abundant and delicious. It was Venezuelan typical food, but much better than expected. The city views were amazing, from our bedroom as well as from the terrace. Clean and comfortable sheets. High speed internet.

Elevators wre always congested and sometimes it was difficult to got them.

Everything regarding the room was perfect. It was clean, spacious and with good bed. Perfect view. Attention of staff was very good, especially staff in charge of taking my car from and out of parking. Very professional.

Breakfast is very basic for 4 star hotel.

3 mins walk to metro station so easy to reach the downtown as the caracas metro is free. Great view to city from hotel room. Safe area. At least 1 staff can speak english. Good place for a day transit after few days in jungle to Angel falls.
