The view is amazing, and it's extremely quiet and private. Debbie was wonderful in checking us in and gave great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit, which she marked on an easy to read map. They provided a baby cot and high chair for us which was really helpful when travelling with an infant. Definitely important to rent a car as whilst you can walk down to the beach, the road is fairly long and very steep.

There was no airconditioner in the main living room which meant it was very hot unless you wanted to hang out in the bedrooms the whole time, though of course they cannot control the weather!

We spent 9 days here. A family of four, including two teenagers. It's a great place to explore the island, close to beautiful beaches of the island. A beautiful terrace with a wonderful view of the bay. Beautiful nature all around, palm trees, and singing birds. The shop was a 10-minute walk away. Debie gave us a map of Mahe with important points marked on the island. This was very helpful. A wonderful stay and place. We recommend it.

You could improve the lighting on the terrace so you can read after the sun goes down. But that's just a detail :)

This was the best choice on Mahe Island, we recommend it to everyone! The villa is located in the bay with a breathtaking view of the turquoise hues of the Indian Ocean and enchanted us every day. We were welcomed by the wonderful local brother and sister, Hubert and Debbie, two wonderful people, very educated and there to help with every little thing with advice - about visiting the best beaches, souvenir shops in the Art Village, about the history of Seychelles and life on the island. They organized an excellent rental car for us that met us at the port. The apartment is quiet, very safe, impeccably clean and fully equipped with two terraces! We really liked staying there for a week. If we come to Seychelles, we choose Sailfish beach Villa again. Pure ten plus! Kisses for Debbie and brother Hubert😘 We love you!

We had a great stay at the Sailfish villa, the terrace view was breathtaking and the large house very very comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. One highlight was our host, Hubert, who provided a lot of information about the Mahe, its beaches, nearby restaurants and take-out spots, as well as other points of interest and public transport. We also understood a little more about Seychelles history from Hubert, which added a nice perspective on our whole vacation. Thanks for everything!

Nearby shops are on the small side and getting around by bus can be a hassle (this is not to say that the location is not excellent! Just something to consider when booking whether you rent a car or not - we did not, as driving on Mahe is not for the faint of heart).

traveling as a group, with family, or on your own, I highly recommend this property for those seeking both comfort and privacy. The villa was impeccably maintained and fully equipped with all necessary amenities, including utensils, glassware, and other thoughtful touches that made the stay feel like home. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional hospitality provided by the host, Ms. Debi. From the moment we arrived, she extended a warm and personal welcome, even greeting us by name at check-in, a gesture that made us feel truly valued and at ease. She was attentive, approachable, and always ready to assist with anything we needed throughout our stay. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations, and I would not hesitate to return or recommend it to others seeking a memorable and comfortable stay.

Although is a little bit far from the city center, is worth the ride and comfort

The view was incredibly beautiful. We felt part of the beautiful nature of Seychelles while living in an apartment with great interior design. This comes with the exposure to natural sounds of birds which can be disturbing early in the morning, but it comes without surprise. Debbie was extremely helpful in providing us with many details and tips on the island, including best spots to do activities and snorkeling. We were even upgraded to a two bedroom apartment! The structure also provides multiple services like groceries shopping and massages, although we didn't try them.

The living room of the apartment in which we stayed doesn't have a direct AC so it could become quite hot compared to the bedrooms which have AC, but one can manage through the fans that are available and by opening the doors of the bedrooms while AC is on (but not good for the environment).

Everything! Hubert and Debbie helped with arranging rental car, planning for other parts of our stay in Seychelles. Always available if you needed them. When we arrived, the door was open for us, we made ourselves at home and they gave us a tour shortly after explaining the villa and the area both with map and literally pointing out the window. Laid back, comfortable and inviting. Both the villa and owners. Security system if you wanted to use it. We never felt the need for it.

This is nothing to do with the villa; Google maps directions. People should know they are not accurate. They tell you have reached the destination while you are on main road. Villa is directly above thus the confusion. Need to take side street to get to entry. You want La Salette Rd. If you are confused by this look at map.

Very-very spacios villa with amazing view. 3 balconies in the villa! There are lots of furniture pieces and different zones to seat, lay, relax and eat. You can walk to the nearest beach 15 minutes. You can wash your clothes for free in the laundry room. There became a problem with pipes leacking in the bathroom, but the host came to us at night to stop the water. Seperate gratitude to the hosts: they are extremely hospital, friendly and helpful. Debbie provided with full map guide across the island, tips where to go, what to see, the restaurants and beaches.

Air conditioner is only in the bedroom, we opened the door between the bedroom and living room to cool the hall, it worked a bit. Sheets and towels would be good to renew, they were not clean.

We stayed in a two bedroom villa with 3 balconies overlooking the bay and wonderful views from all round the property. Huge rooms serviced daily. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need. Comfortable beds Hubert and Debbie were very welcoming hosts. Free undercover parking We would stay here again without giving it a second thought, we loved the whole Seychelles experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sailfish Villas, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped through the door, I felt like a valued guest. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. They also gave me a map with handwritten notes and explained which restaurants will be open at night in Seychelles. The two bedroom villa was amazing with a nice view of the sea. And close to Grand Anse beach. And for the Price its a steal. Highly recommended !!!
