Really quaint hotel, with only a few rooms. The room itself was a really great size, very comfortable and very clean - couldn't fault them on the room at all! We landed early in the morning and they were able to let us check in early, which was really helpful. Lunch and breakfast were great - no dinner service was available during our stay but we went to the hotel next door easily enough. Location is great for the airport, taking a trip to Victoria or visiting the marine parks.

A fair bit of construction work going on round the hotel, but didn't affect us while we were there.

Not much option for food, we arrived at the hotel at 10pm and everything was closed and delivery service only excepted cash which we did not have. Make note that you cannot walk anymore and no beaches close by so you need to hire a car or get a taxi to explore the island. You can however do a day trip to the JA enchanted resort island if you wanted a day on the beaches

Great central location within a short drive to town and to the nearby Eden Island facilities. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. This is a small boutique hotel with well appointed rooms. The room was large and comfortable with a large verandah/balcony which had great views of the Eden Island Marina opposite to indulge in a bit of yacht or boat watching. Whilst a kitchen was available, I popped to the L'Escale hotel and restaurant just a few metres away (right next door) for some cocktails and dinner.

Everything was perfect, exceptional big new room and bathroom, tasty rich breakfast, relaxing atmosphere and poolside. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they contact you before your arrival if you need any transfer from the airport and even if there wasn’t the possibility of dinner in the structure, Jenish booked for us a table at the nearest 5 stars hotel L’Éscale (1 minute by foot). Thank you for this beautiful experience, even if our stay was short.

Service is great. They probably reacted to the old evaluations and also enabled a 24/7 WhatsApp group for optimal service. Anyhow there was always someone available and everyone is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and was the best on our 3 weeks holiday. We also did a trip to the sister hotel on round island. Transfer costs 20 EUR per person. The day on the island was great. Highly recommended. Location is great for first or last days of your holiday. It's located between ferry and airport and it's possible to visit Eden Island.

The location is close to Eden Island (approx 10 minutes by foot) but you have to walk a part on the highway. The hotel has a small beach, but there was garbage from the sea.

The staff made the experience memorable. They went out of their way to accommodate us. We arrived very late so no food was available but she called around and eventually we got some food and drink. The room is fantastic, great beds, awesome view of the waterfront and the large balcony was great just to chill and watch the early morning sunrise.

No basic kitchen on site even just to produce a sandwich

It’s very very very small. But the rooms are good. I think the price is too high compared to JA island. There was a bit of smell in the room. It’s not advisable to swim in the beach. Wish there was more breakfast options.

The hotel is brand new and our room was big, clean, with an amazing balcony and a breath-taking view. The staff was always nice and supportive, the breakfast was amazing. The location is strategic because it's close to the airport and to the port.

As I said above, the location is strategic but the hotel is also quite isolated and there is not much to do in the nearby or within walking distance (only Eden Island, but there is not much to do there unless you are staying in one of the resorts). As other mentioned, the curtains are not really black-out, so I would suggest to provide guests with sleeping eye masks.

Our room was stunning, lovely view from our balcony, the people were amazing and really helpful. Breakfast was great! Can also get a boat to enchanted island which was a wonderful day out. Great base for exploring Victoria.

Not really a dislike, but worth noting that the beachfront is a harbour so not recommended for swimming. Bus stops are 2k walk away so reliant on cabs.

We stayed in their Lodge Room for only one night prior to our flight back home. This was recommended by a lot of reviews, but we could have definitely stayed longer and here’s why: Location: The location is great as it is within walking distance to the Marina and as most of the reviews mentioned before close to the airport. With a rental car you could also easily reach the mountain trails, and the beaches around the island. The room: The room was very spacious with a comfortable bed. The bathroom is very modern with a great shower and with more products available than in most hotels. Everything was clean. There was no view but we were aware of that when booking the room. Facilities: we stayed at the hotel after check out as we had a late night flight back home. They do have a public pool, a lounge room and very good showers that we were able to use after check out. This made our stay very pleasant even without a room. Food: We loved their breakfast which is served outside on a beautiful little terrace. We also had dinner there before our late night flight and both our dishes (Blue Marlin Pasta and grilled fish filet) were huge and super delicious. Visit of the island: If you have enough time we would totally recommend visiting the Enchanted Island resort by their (complimentary) shuttle boat. Staff: what we loved the most was the staff at the hotel. They were so lovely and attentive and took great care of us during our stay.
