Rino at welcoming center has really made our vacation feel like home. His warm welcoming at phone even before we arrive and his care during our stay made our visit unforgettable. Fauziah, who is our customer consultant was such a nice lady. She was always contact with us during our stay and checked constantly if everything was ok with us. Hotel was extremely clean and amenities are very well thought. Our room was just mind blowing. We stayed at Room 61 and it was just 32 steps from our room to the beach. Anse Kerlan Beach has very rich and living undersea life with lots of live-corals and fishes, so I suggest you really mind not to use that one in order not to damage corals. Water is shallow and it is quite risky to swim there. There are also sea turtles nests on this beach signed with warnings, so please be careful where you walking on. Remember that having small precautions at your side will create a huge impact in general in sea life and eco-system in a long run :-) Instead Petite Anse Kerlan and Anse Georgette Beaches were extremely beautiful and very safe beaches for swimming. Just take your eyes on your children, cos of some wild waves. If you bring sea shoes with you, they would be very useful for whole trip in Seychelles. Our room was very spacious and cleaned 2 times a day. Kudos to house-keepers and a big thank.

Our dinner experience was little bit disappointing. Staff working at the restaurants were too slow, forgetting to bring orders and they seemed hesitant to have small, but warming talks with customers. Materials used in preparations of foods were good and fresh, but the taste in food was so faded and neutral, so we unfortunately could not catch the authentic tastes in food in general. Breakfast was the best, I have to say.

Absolutely loved Constance Lemuria! We stayed in another 2 hotels in Seychelles and this one was our favourite. The staff is so friendly. The facilities are great. The beach is stunning! The food was gorgeous with lot of varieties! Highly recommend going half board or full board as all restaurants are great, it exceeded all our expectations. Breakfast was amazing and all themed buffet were great but our surprise came when we booked their restaurant DIVA! It blew our minds!!! It was a Michelin stag style of experience and it’s included in half board. We booked it for the last evening and we regret not booking it earlier as we would have had dinner there every evening! I’m not exaggerating best restaurant and dining experience in Seychelles and one of our best dining experience ever!!!! I had a massage at their spa with Chloe who was so good and best relaxing full body massage I’ve had. The beach Anse georgette is amazing and is accessible via the hotel, they will take you in a buggy. Overall best experience we’ve had in Seychelles totally recommend it!

The only thing I didn’t like and might have only happened to our bed is that every time you turn it makes lot of noise.

the hotel is very popular with russian people, which is very irritating for europeans due to the current political situation.

This is a phenomenal resort. One of the best I've ever been to. The staff were friendly and amazing. The facilities are second to none, too many to mention. The beaches are out of this world, make sure to visit anse georgette. The food is spectacular, Diva restaurant is a must, world class. And the Nest and Takamaka are a must as well. If you're staying at Constance Lemuria, you probably have the extra cash, so treat yourself to fly in via Zilair. The helicopter will fly you in directly from the airport to the resorts golf course. All in all, its one big beautiful experience.

I wouldn't have written anything in this section if it wasn't for the last 10 minutes of our stay. They really wanted us to leave our suite as early as we can. Understandable that the resort is in high demand. But they had people calling the room and 10 minutes before 12 noon they had them knocking at our door. Several times in the last 10 min. That was a bit uncomfortable. It's not something that would make me not stay here again. But it is what it is

This was our 2nd stay with Lemuria and we had a really fantastic experience. What was especially noticed is the friendliness and welcoming attitude of all Staff! We want to call out two people who both made our stay super memorable. Fauziah, our personal guest relations manager, assured for us an everyday premium service and checked on us occasionally. As surprise for my wife’s B,day we got candle-cakes and even a special complementary lunch at the „rocks“ restaurant, plus she helped us for a late checkout, and many more positive experiences. Also Serena from the Breakfast team gave us a lot of super nice personal attention and warm talks. The Junior Suite Room we got is def five star quality and very well maintained. Always Super clean. The other overwhelming experience is definitely the quality and tastiness of the food. While it has 4 restaurants in total we did Dinner always at the main buffet style restaurant since the variety of dishes, food, service team and show-effects were all great. Not to forget the awesome two beaches it has for swimming and snorkeling. You expect a wonderful five star experience and what you get is six stars! We will definitely come back again !!!

Both the hotel and the surroundings are gorgeous. The variety and the range of the breakfast were superb and wide enough and this is also valid for the dinner. The rooms and the surroundings were always clean. One of of the staff called Tito at the fruit station was always happy, positive and helpful so all the days of us started very well.

I have to remark that on the thematic evenings you can get into trouble if you don't prefer something (f.e. we don't prefer indian food and on that evening we stayed almoast hungry...).

It was our fifth visit to Seychelles, but our first time in Praslin, and it was nothing short of spectacular! Everything exceeded our expectations. The service was exceptional, the food was delicious, and the entire resort was simply breathtaking. From the moment we arrived, Fauziah and Abir made us feel warmly welcomed. The hotel staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Our kids absolutely loved feeding the peacocks, loved watching the crabs and jumping on the waves. Kids club is really good.

Lemuria was perfect during our Stay! It has 3 beautiful beaches, the food is great and people are incredibly nice. Sara was our point of contact during the stay and provide us with all the informations we needed. Thank you, Sara, for providing us the best experience. Our checkout was with Khouloud, that was also really nice. In general all employees are so nice, super helpful and always with a smile! A true dream!! Diva and The Nest are the best restaurants in Praslin. We want to come back to Lemuria next time we visit Praslin.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The hotel is amazing. beaches are perfect. The staff is very firendly. Special thanks to the Kid's club chief who accepted our daugther despite she wasn't yet 4 y old. Restaurants are quite expensive ... but it matches with the hotel standards. Once you are in this hotel, you don't want to leave it and eat outside :).

Payment difficulties at the check out could have been handled beter by the staff but that s fine.

Great Hotel at a Great Location. Everyone is friendly. A lot of things to do. Nice beaches although only partly good for swimming. Great Kids Club and super Nanny services. Also the reception and manager stood out positively.

The Welcome ceremony is cheesy (Gong) and takes way too long, nobody wants to repeat their personal data, just ask for a passport photo or use some app like other hotels. Service Staff forgot many enquiries and misunderstood a lot of requests. Email response prior to booking was poor. Restaurant Service and Food choices for a 5 star hotel did not meet our expectations.
