-The owner was rude to us after booking the place just because we asked for late checkout at a reasonable price instead of paying for a whole night and he never responded to anymore of our messages since he know booking is non-resundable . - the kitchen utensils were limited since we cook a lot .this won't be a problem for people who merely cook on vacation .

The room is really big and clean with everything you need. Very quiet. The private pool is awesome !!!! Location makes it possible to go to Anse Forbans on foot which is nice. Staff is really friendly and helpful. 2 bottles of water were in the fridge for our arrival. There is a clothes airer which is great to let your things dry properly furring the night.

The location is not the best in my opinion, I would say a little bit too South to visit the main touristic sites, so we ended up doing 40-50 minute drive a lot of days but considering the room I might be tempted to still book again there. Hot water is limited so if you like to take long big hot showers, it won’t be the place. Tv is in the living area, away from the bed so we actually didn’t watch it at all.

Liked how quiet it was, loved the accommodation and the plunge pool was so good. Very close to a nice beach. There is a small shop and cafe close by. The staff are amazing and clean every day and any issues are rectified very quickly, they can not do enough to make your stay special and make you welcome. Thank you all at Moulin Kann

Nothing was perfect for a couple. Advise car to get around for shopping etc and to see the island

1. The room is neat and comfortable. 2. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. 3. The rooms with the 'mini' swimming pool have the pool exclusively for the room. Despite the beautiful beach in front to the hotel, my 4 year old enjoyed the pool more. 5. The 2 Nepali-Indian staff are very helpful.

1. We reached the hotel early at 9AM. The hotel check-in time is 2PM. Despite the previous guest checking out at 11AM, the hotel showed no urgency in getting our rooms ready before 2 PM. There wasn't any rest-room that we could use so we had to spend the time between the beach and the restaurant (500 metres away) in our 'flight cloths'. 2. The grocery store(the same 500 metres from the hotel) keeps running out of bread and larger sized water bottles. 3. We spent one evening on a weekend without luck at getting any taxis out of the hotel to a 'Sun-set' beach. So, that was an evening wasted.

Everything was perfect from the 1st contact with Emma, to the departure. Ubresh the housekeeper and go to guy was on top of his game. And very accommodating. We asked to a day tour and it was arranged flawlessly. Our day tour operator Michael Thomas was great as well, his knowledge and the service he provides as a tour operator was excellent. This was truly a wonderful experience, I will give them 4 stars and recommend them to friends and family that would love to travel to Seychelles

I don’t think there was anything I didn’t like. Perhaps it would be wise to offer your guest pre shopping at least when they flights arrive at 9pm, maybe get them waters coffee sugar tea cereal or fresh fruit and advise them it will be added to their bill.

We had a very relaxing stay at Moulin Kann Villas. The rooms are very clean and equipped with a private pool, the beach is close by walking distance and the location is quiet with a 30 min drive to the center.

The communication to the owners was sometimes a bit difficult in some occasions (early arrival, activities to do around there, car rental..).

Really nice property, clean, spacious and 2 min walk from gorgoeus beach. I only stayed for one night but it was worth it! Perfect for holidays. The privat pool is really nice attachment!

Very specious specially for a family, private pool and the beach is across the street .

We had some issues with the noise from a construction site near the apartment but after complaining to the management Mrs Emma solved the problem
