Very good location flat area and opposite a nice beach. The owner was very helpful when I had to cut short my holiday he refunded the balance nights fully.

The apartment is a bit small but had a great spacious kitchen. Sitting area didn't have comfortable chairs and the space was very tight. Balcony was nice eith space for dining table

It was a lovely peaceful place, with a great pool for kids! Brian is very friendly and a great host! We were very happy with him! The rooms are lovely, great for you to cook your own food and go around the area. If you have a car rented it's the perfect base to explore Seychelles and the northern bit of the main island!

The apartment was spacious and had a fully equipped kitchen. The location is excellent with the beach just across the road. The property has a swimming pool which is always clean. And Brian is a super host and a lovely person. He goes above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable and hassle free as possible. Highly recommended!

Very good villa, surrounded by greenery from one side and ocean from another. While sleeping i heard waves and each morning while coffee i saw them from the balcony. Hotel is conveniently located - a couple of supermarkets close by, beautiful Carana beach and good restaurant of Carana Beach hotel, a bus stop just next door - bus 22 and 20 will bring you to Victoria bus terminal and city center and also back. North east point is a good beach for surfing, but no rent - the closest surfing rent i found at Beau Vallon beach (400 rup/hour). Hotel is very neat, clean, staff is very supportive, apartment is large enough, with separate bedroom, kitchen has everything you need and also beautiful view to coconut palm trees as you wash the dishes. Cleaning can be done as requested - each day / more rare. Taxi is good if you order through the hotel. So, thank you, hotel team, for a wonderful week. Seychelles is very interesting destination: my recommendations for 1 week: 1. Sir Selwin-Clarke Market in the city, 2. Botanical gardens, 3. Intendance beach, 4. Morn Blan trail, 5. Veau balon beach (and Le Plage restaurant). This all and even more could be done by buses.

Nothing actually. I just didn't see in the close by supermarkets natural coffee, so take a pack from home, although it grows there - i guess in the city can be found.

Brian and Natalie are very helpful and they made our stay absolutely great. We are very thankful for all the help we got when our child was sick. Appartement is nice and you have all you need. Pool is nice. You can use the barbecue and also the washing machine.

The Villa is at a point of Mahe where there is not a lot to do. The beach is beautiful but not a bit for swimming. The beach is also very loud. The street between the villa and the bus can be very loud too. You definetly need a rental car or use the bus to get somewhere.

I just loved it!!! All the staff very friendly, I recommend it totally. Very easy to find. On the road and the beach ist just crossing the Main Street! The accommodation was just incredible, I had all what I needed. Bed was very comfortable and the pillows had a lovely scent!

Wonderful location for hiking around the jungles and birdwatching. Just a few kilometres from the lovely beaches on the north west coast. The apartments are equipped with a comfortable king size bed. The terrace has comfortable furniture. The swimming pool was just perfect: clean and with a depth of around 80 to 160 cm and 28 degrees celsius. In the evening cute and friendly fruit bats are flying around the surrounding palm trees. The two grills are always available for barbecuing. The owner Brian really get everyone to feel welcome. We also appreciated the cleaning every weekday (not Sundays). We couldn’t have found a better accommodation for this budget. To hire a car is almost nessesary everywhere on Mahé if you plan to stay and discover the island more than a day. Brian and Jeannette helped us with the car hire, practically from and to the airport. Only one restaurant within walking distance. We didn’t test it. Luckily the supermarket 300 meters away, has relatively good groceries such as frozen meat and fish. In Beau Vallon there’s several restaurants and it’s a wonderful ride by car to go there and back.

Excellent, delicious! We spent 5 unforgettable days in this apartment! The hospitable Brian is always in touch and will help in everything. The apartment has everything for living, cooking! Beautiful views of the ocean from the terrace), the pool on the territory before going to bed gave coolness and freshness. An unusual landscape beach Karana Beach and small shops are located 5 minutes away. Victoria and Spar are 15 minutes away by car. I always recommend these apartments to you) We will definitely return to Brian and Jeannette to rest again! We wish the hosts good luck, success and harmony)

Wonderful place, in quiet part of Mahe Island. The place is well kept, all clean and tidy. The owner himself is there daily and works around the house. Two villas make the place, each with 4 apartments. When we have been there, it was only 50 % occupied. The apartment is spacious enough for 3 people family, kitchen we equipped, so the bathroom. Better have apartment in the ground floor and in the villa more distant from the road. 5 minutes walk along the road is a supermarket (open Mo-Su), where you get all needed groceries (no other market within walking distance).

The beach - it's not bad, but not suitable for kids at all, especially in spring and summer, when wind blows from the southest and waves are too big. The part of beach in front of Villa Koket has rocky bed. You can get into sea when you walk about 200 meters to the left - wide sandy beach, but high waves. With kids during low tide, walk to the right to the first "rocks", there one can find calm waters and suitable for kids (only during low tide times).

We had two nice big appartments with kitchen (full amenities) which we could connect with balconies looking to the ocean at the north coast road. Despite being an important road (only 20 min to Victoria) there is very little traffic and in the evening nearly none at all. The host was super helpful. On our leave we had to bridge the time until our evening flight. We could safely store our luggage and use toilets and shower. Everything superclean and well-maintained. a maid cleans every day. Safe parking within the enclosed site (though we never felt it was necessary - nice area). We really enjoyed our stay.

There are nearly no restaurants near the villa yet we were told you can dine at the hostel 100m down the road (which did not try). We preferred to go to Beau Vallon which is 20 min on a narrow road away.
