One of few hotels in the city centre. 50 meters walk to a roundabout from where you can see the Cotton Tree in the distance. Choithrams supermarket nearby. Breakfast was not buffé but very good and plentiful indeed. Room is standard with a/c and nothing to complain about. Has a fridge, too. Whenever the electricity stopped the reserve supply started within seconds. The staff in the reception are incredibly helpful and arrange whatever you need including transport.

The manager is one of the best managers I have ever met, he loves every one that walks through hotel Mallika doors and very down to earth manager, thanks for everything, sir, u are the best .the staff is generous, I think when it comes to customer service ,hotel Mallika has the best hotel staff of all the hotels I ever stayed in.

The breakfast was superb. The workers were very friendly, helpful and professional.
I think the reception area needs to be Cousy and welcoming than the way it is now. In particular, the chairs are not very nice to be the reception area because it’s the entry point which is the face of the hotel.

Perfect location for exploring the city. Staff, management and owner were super friendly and really helpful. Food was really good -we loved the lobster. Rooms comfortable- we loved it.
No problems - I doubt there’s a better hotel option in the centre of the city for exploring over 4 or 5 days.

The hotel management were extremely responsive in communication pre departure and exceptionally helpful when I had to sort a problem I had (not related to the hotel). The hotel itself is very central & great value for what you get.

Location was good for me
Cockroaches around in  reception area. I saw one or two in my room. It not present at all for me.

Sufficient volume of hot water with enough shower pressure; kind and supportive staff members; spacious restaurant; convenient building location, etc..
Bed lights and electric kettle that belong to the room were not functioning due to mismatching type of plugs with the outlets on the wall.

Great location, it is one of few hotels near the centre. The staff was very kind, the room was perfectly clean and everything I needed was available.
The breakfast was not great. Tasted fine, but cold.

Breakfast was great. But there was no drinking water for the whole night till 9am. Also no enough bathing towels and wash clothes.
Customer service was ok and breakfast was good too
