The choice is Freetown is somewhat limited and the better hotels can be costly. This mid-range property met our expectations in terms of spacious room, good quality bed, decent wifi and helpful staff members.

This is more about the choice of hotel than that the hotel itself did not meet our expectations. It is important to keep in mind that in terms of the beach and its restaurants this hotel is located a bit of a distance. It does have plenty of parking space (which we did not make use of) and is located next to thoroughfare which makes it easy to reach.

Staff are very helpful and act quickly to rectify any issue. On my first night there was an issue with the electricity switch as well as the door lock in my room. They moved me into another room according to my choice. Always smiling and welcoming including front desk, restaurant and housekeeping staff. Rooms are adequate and spacious even the basic rooms.

Breakfast cold be improved regarding dairy products. The cooked food in the breakfast is a bit too salty. Nevertheless there is a variety of cereals, jams and spreads and small bakery items.

The staff were outstanding, the location was extremely central and convenient, and overall the hotel was the perfect base for our trip. We felt safe, looked after, and welcomed and we most certainly will return. Highlight was breakfast - lots of choice and fresh options. In fact the restaurant’s menu was excellent, offering a range of traditional Salone food as well as other options. Huge thanks again from my mother and I to you all! Una tenki!

The suite accomodations allowed me to entertain 8 adult people by seating four at dining table and four on sofa at sofa table and two children on pillows at sofa table. The fridge was big enough to keep beverages cold, some perishable items and freezer storage for ice cream containers and large bags of French fries. There were three full combination bathrooms!

Only three spoons, 3 forks, three knives and the room was supposed to accommodate four.

Food was great and the staffs were excellent. Rooms were cleaned daily and i had such a great stay here. I will be coming back. The beddings were clean and I loved the location very close to the main town.

The shower was weak and I stayed in room 107, i didnt have a moveable shower head. The fridge was empty and i was only given one water a day. I had to ask for an iron to do my clothing which was not a great look.

Liked most things. Staff friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the pool. Good fridge and air con very efficient which is really important... Room cleaned every day which we appreciated.

No view to speak of, enclosed space looking onto wall of next door school, with corrugated iron covering the ground and the security guard was right by our ground floor balcony which in one way was reassuring but also felt a bit awkward if sitting out there!

Rooms are adequately equipped. Staff are super friendly, including the reception, restaurant staff, security, and cleaning staff. Everyone is trying the best to make your stay very pleasant. They installed a water gun in the toilet during my stay, very efficient. The breakfast has a wide variety.

The room lacks a safe. The breakfast is very good, except the cheese.

Pool can be a bit crowded some mornings Not close to any beaches, but as mentioned there are plenty of transport options nearby Pool bar closes a bit early (10pm)

I really enjoyed my stay at Brookfields Hotel. Staff was welcoming and very helpful. Location was nice and centrally located, so easy to find. Breakfast was amazing - lots of variety with fresh fruits. Would definitely stay here again!

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

The hotel is well located and the quality is good for the standards in Sierra Leone. The staff is kind and breakfast is good. It is a good hotel for a short business trip.
