The view during breakfast was lovely.

The amenities. My mum had to call reception in order to receive a working kettle and tea + coffee amenities (+ sugar and milk). It came pretty promptly (5mins) but should not have had to request this in a standard room. Also, there was some dirt on the outer sheet of my bedding. Could not be asked to change it once I realised it, as I didn’t realise until upon my return from my outing, after checking in and stepping out for the evening, it was pretty late upon my return and had an early start for a wedding.

The staff at breakfast did not seem welcoming there was no interaction with guests to explain what you could have if it was your first time. Communication is key in the hospitality business. Front staff at checking very hospitable they should pass this on to there breakfast team

Good location, nice and comfortable rooms, excellent staff.

The restaurant was unhygienic and the staff there little better. Dirty plates and cutlery, flies everywhere, the breakfast buffet was really dismal, and a bout of food poisoning to top it all off.

The breakfast was so gook Room was clean and team of housekeeping was very friendly, I asked for extra water to drink and she offer me 6 bottles immediately without taking any extra time . Thanks to isatu

It's a beach area so very high humidity.

I was looking for a place with a nice view and accessible to other places, and this hotel was the best choice I could find. with friendly and energetic service. The receptionists were also friendly, as well as the other staff.

I liked the staff and the location was perfect. The fact that we had Air conditioning at all hours was also very helpful.

The bathroom was not in the best condition, water would become scalding hot in matter of seconds and I was burnt on the first night. Very dangerous for little children. TV Remote didn't have batteries although I reported it to reception it wasn't replaced. The selection of food available for breakfast was not consistent, hot food were not kept warm so if you were not first done you would have to eat cold food. It also wasn't covered well, utensils dirty, struggle to get a cleaning cup to have tea in. On 2 mornings bowls were not available for cereal so we were given foil takeaway containers. Supervising staff create a weird atmosphere where it was very easy to see they managed the serving staff poorly, almost as though they were bullies. Made it uncomfortable.

The Breakfast at rooftop is the best breakfast I seen in Freetown. What was there it was choice of everyone.

There is some renovation going on for new restaurant but that’s fine because they need to keep the place better .

The room was clean , Good bed because its not a regular foam bed. great hot water and nice AC.

I like the beach restaurant but now its not in operation.

If they can make the bedsheets clean and dissent. improve on the warm water. because the water was cold.

Overall, the place was nice, but they definitely need more improvement there. I would like them to have a massage spa

Our first shower didn’t have warm water so after we had unpacked we had to move room. Then the second bathroom the shower would fall on your head so you had to hold it. Nothing major, the rest was amazing!
