My sister and I were hesitant after reading the reviews but the price was so good that we booked it. We were amazed at how spacious and clean the room was. The view was amazing and clearly we got one of the renovated rooms. Honestly we were so happy with the space. The whole staff was amazing. Everyone was helpful and accommodating. Marcia at the front desk is the lady you go see for any excursions. She was amazing we loved her so much. Being two women traveling alone together. We felt safe and well taken care of. Highly recommend 🩷

it is a safe area for early morning runs/walks, the private beach is small but a very nice feature, Friendly guests and staff. They have a few activities like bingo, happy hour, pizza night. Nice pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas. Great location. Able to walk to many popular restaurants, grocery store and bakeries. Helpful staff. We watched a man cut down coconuts outside our balcony and were able to buy a couple fresh coconuts from him. Our kitchen was small but it had everything we needed.

There was no fan in our washroom so there was moisture accumulation after a shower. The mirror doors didn't slide so they blocked opening at drawer. Luckily, my husband and son were able to remove them and install them so they opened properly. The same with the shower head. We had a tub/shower and my husband and son were able to tighten the shower head and put it up high so we could shower. Im sure the staff would have been happy to rectify these things but the boys were able to do it and didn't mind. Our kitchen was missing a coffee maker which the staff quickly got for us, along with some cutting knives.

Bed was fantastic, huge, wide, comfy. One of the best hotel beds I had so far. Balcony looking to the ocean. Facilities, like small shop, bar, pool and the separate small beach is fantastic. The location itself is great, not so close to the sights at all, but the building and the surroundings are great. Few minutes walk to some small shops/restaurants/Cupecoy beach

Building and the room is a little bit worn out, especially the bathroom, some renovations would be great.

The room surpassed my expectations along with the view. Definitely had a fully equipped kitchen.

The bathroom shower handle was partially defective. The tub wouldn't stay filled. Didn't like the fact that it didn't have a buffet breakfast but the breakfast was good nevertheless.. We got a lil of everything you could get from a basic breakfast.

The location of the hotel was great. Perfectly close to the border of the French side. Loved how it was close to the beach and the grocery store if you need some stuff for the room. The Hotel was next to Cupecoy Beach which has a beautiful view of thee sunset.

The WiFi could be better. I feel like it was only food during the early morning and late night when no one was around. The room could be a bit cleaner but nothing awful. Would be nice if food inclusion was part of the Hotel, didn't want to pay more.

Excellent view over the ocean, very good parking (covered), small cozy beach right in front of the hotel, restaurant on the premises, breakfast options, pool and free pool towels, good location.

The building was a beauty when new. Now it is a little bit old/unkept, but still in decent shape.

Amazing views, close proximity to Maho and downtown. Super friendly bar staff that made evening drinks fun

Like a lot on the island, it’s a little tired and run down but the staff are amazing and it has everything you need including a very affordable mini mart with souvenirs as well

Location was perfect for our needs. Staff were very friendly. Pool was never crowded. Loved the private gated parking. The view and balcony were great.

The water pressure in shower was very low. Kitchen wasn’t very furnished but luckily we opted to eat out instead of cooking.

Breakfast was good, we been absolutely satisfice of this breakfast, Thank You!

Need to do lot of work in a Club as well as a Island, still so much damage, I am so sorry to tell You this, but it is what I think.
