I love the room, I had a junior suite. I love the bell guy Granville, he is the best one there, always friendly, helpful, full of information and a nice human being. Always willing to help.

The rooms are too far from the front of the resort. The cleaners do not CLEAN the rooms good at ALL, my bathroom was full of hair in the drain, the drapes in the room are dirty and the ridges between the sliding door was full of dirt. I kept the sign on my door that says, "DO NOT DISTURB". and 3 times the cleaners IGNORED THE SIGN and just opened my door without even knocking. In the day they just making the bed n taking out the gabbage no sweeping or moping. They taking the towels n not puttin replacements. The cupboards with the dishes were dirty. The fridge needed to be wiped out. I stayed in room 12205 so whoever cleaner handles that area needs to be trained or go. False advertisement, property do not have 4 restaurants. I couldn't find any of the pools.

Nice location , close to Marina. Beautiful views from the terrace. The room was spacious and clean.Jessica at the reception was fantastic, a person you wish to see daily at every hotel reception.

Super hard and uncomfortable pillows. The problem was the shower as it was very minimum water running out of them. Very difficult to shower , especially for a female to wash the hair. The reception knew about it and they only decided to take care of the matter once we left. Well , we spent in hotel nights only and during the day we were at the beach, so I believe there was plenty of time to solve the problem.

staff was great, all of them! Very nice and helpful! we really needed a 'rest stay' , my husband is recovering from a horrible spell of dengue (we live in Bonaire) and we loved the place! even when there was a small noise hick-up, it was solved immediately. We are definitely looking forward to coming back next year!

Property is a bit 'tired', renovations are in order, but keeping in mind the last hurricane damages, totally understandable....

We were upgraded on arrival, and we were not expecting what we got! The view was amazing looking out on at the yachts, room was big and clean, cleaned everyday, clean towels, bed comfy, pool was great for morning swim and bedtime swim. (Chairs need some updating) Other than that, there were no complaints! Beautiful Island with friendly people everywhere!❤️

It was my first stay, and the young lady who checked us in was extremely helpful and very accommodating. She went out of her way to ensure that we had a great stay. She should definitely be getting a raise, because we will be back, and will recommend to our friends and relatives. The view from our room was amazing. The room was also very clean and spacious.

The staff was very pleasant, pls make sure you always have your wristbands on at all times. The walk to the room wasn’t too bad but if you do not like to walk, staff is willing to give you a ride.

The shower head wasn’t the best of the best but we were able to manage. A little update would do this place some justice.

Despite the island was suffering from an electricity issue, there was always current. And the quietness.

Wifi and TV did not work properly. Understood the hotel changed wifi access. I would have appreciate a note or an email, SMS or WhatsApp up send as a notification that something changed!... which made it difficult working from a distance.

I love the view, I’m definitely making more reservations here anytime that I come over

You guys don’t accept local debit cards for payment of the stay and some of the amenities weren’t up to date. My rooms air conditioning was leaking tons of water and kept going hot. But everything else was above expectations.

I love the view of the property and the room is very spacious. I loved the hotel staff they were very friendly and accommodating. The best part was the view and the location. I was able to go both French and Dutch side within short distances.

The accommodations were lovely, large, spacious rooms at reasonable prices. Staff was so accommodating. We loved the location close to the Marina we were sailing from.

Sorry to see that much of this once gorgeous resort was devastated by the hurricane Irma of 2017
