Great location, right in the centre of the square. We had a friendly welcome from reception and particularly liked the smiley lady on day 2 and 3, she was lovely. Lovely character in the room and loads of space, very clean.

The breakfast wasn’t great, not a big choice and staff didn’t approach us to make us feel welcome. No parking

This is a superb hotel in the best location in the old town. Compliments to the staff at the reception. Very nice, spacious and modern room. We did not have the breakfast here so can not comment on this. However we did have our dinner at the hotel restaurant which was just lovely. It is not possible to fault the hotel at all. Great value for the money!

Better pillows, but maybe it's a local preference :)

We got a huge. I say huge, very clean historic room with marvellous interior. Have never seen anything like it before, a pearl. Very nice man in the reception who led us to the room and gave us the information we needed. Breakfast in the restaurant downstairs. Modern big bathroom. View over the historic square from the room windows. Plenty of parking just outside the front door (free evenings and night as I remember). Quiet area.

Great staff - professional, friendly, welcoming. Quiet, historic district. Parking out front with major attraction right across the street. Off-season, so hotel was quiet. Room upgrade was really nice. Nice, modern, spacious bathroom. TV easy to handle and with multiple channels in English and German. Cozy Cafe next door and nice hot spring facility within 20 min. drive.

The restaurant smell in the hallway to the hotel entrance is an issue. No blackout curtains, not great for late sleepers.

Fantastic room, suite, overlooking the square, clean and comfortable, excellent staff, friendly and helpful, lovely hotel in a good location in a beautiful historic town. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was awesome. Monika and Milan? Answered any of my questions at reception. The town of Levoča is an awesome historical town. The black church was very impressive. Saint Jacob was sensory overload.

I visited in April and it was a signrise to sunset town. The walls were a little thin in my room. It didn’t matter as I fell asleep immediately.

A fantastic hotel, rooms are very comfortable and look much better than in the pictures! Moreover, as this was low season we got much larger rooms without having to pay for them.

Lovely hotel, good room, good breakfast, good restaurant in hotel for evening meal. Great location right on main square, parking right outside.

Fabulous location in the centre of Levoca overlooking the main attractions. Hotel and rooms were impeccably clean and smart. Breakfast was fabulous. Staff really friendly and helpful.

Excellent location on beautiful town square, restaurant was very nice, staff very accommodating and nice. The lady at reception was very sweet!
