The staff was really helpful regarding everything, facilities within the hotel were surprisingly well managed, everything was really clean and hygienic. The spa has outstanding facilities, all the saunas were basically new, the pool and jacuzzi were really clean and provided a wonderful experience. Our room was wonderful for the price, wide bed, comfortable sofa. Breakfast was exceptional, they served really tasty coffee.

The restaurant was overall okay, breakfast was again tasty, however the main dishes are small portions, pizza was tasty, we ordered trout which was, again, delicious, but a smaller portion than we thought.

Accommodation fulfilled all our expectations for the fair price. Rooms, which we ordered just hour before, were ready (including extra bed). Staff was friendly and kind to us as well as to our curious little son who was roaming around breakfast room in the morning. They offer beer from small brewery in Humenne. Parking was full at time of our arrival due to volleyball tournament, so we needed to squeeze our cars somewhere among. After 18:00 we were able to park comfortably in front of hotel. Thank you for nice stay.

We loved the food. The location of the hotel was good because of the quiet environment. It was close to the city center and our room was just beautiful.

We didn't like that the wellness is not included in a price for staying at the hotel or that it does not have a bit lower price for accommodated hotel guests.

The hotel makes a perfect place to stop for one night while travelling through Slovakia. Clean, comfortable with restaurant downstairs. Silence during the night.

Svidnik is not the place with attractions - nothing within the town on top of 2nd world war museum and some military equipment standing around it.

Is the best option in the area, you can find eveything that u need on the hotel, the restaurant , breakfast and the bowling are so good. If you wantthe best place if you are coming to visit the Military Sovietic Museum or the death valley I really recommend this place as well.

Breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The owner was a nice guy and helpful. I don't speak the language and someone on the staff did and helped me.

Location was off of the everything, but not really need to go out thanks to very good restaurant , spa and other facilities

Clear rooms, but The restaurant staff were not friendly. They took the order and only brought salads, then explained that they work with the kitchen until 9:30 PM. So we stayed hungry.

New and clean, comfortable bed. Stuff was very helpful and friendly. It was very comfy that the restaurant was downstairs so we did not have to search for any in the neighborhood. Also very good food offers in the restaurant
